Order on uber a Phillie and a bacon egg and cheese, for the Phillie I got this disgusting thing piece of stale bread with mayo and that's all the meat it got on it ....the bacon egg and cheese they sent the wrong bread too (both were supposed to be flatbread) and it was only soggy bacon inside and a stale Italian bread??♀️??♀️??♀️ cookies are hairy and the chicken comes with barely chicken all soggy disgusting chewy and slimy??

The sandwich was so hard, harder than the subway in merrick. When I eat it, I get crumbs, also the store was small and it costs more than the one in merrick. I believe don’t go to this place.

I went to the “24 hour” subway store location, in hopes to get a sub. The man who was working the shift that supposedly ended at 11:00pm refused service to us. There were 15 minutes left of his shift, and he said that we had to wait till 11:30pm if we wanted a sub. He stood there making his own food and told us to wait 45 minutes for the next employee. He had 15 whole minutes remaining of his shift when he denied service and was extremely rude. He could’ve easily made 2 subs that we requested within the 15 minutes remaining for his shift. We are extremely disappointed from this location.
The guy who was in there said we closed..!!! And said 24hours lazy and disgusting people works now in subway..!!! (It’s just 8:08) when I asked again is this 24/7 he said we closed for 10 min, because he was taking a nap..?? Unbelievable
