I just love their dishes. I always get fantastic service there. The place is well organised and the staff members are always very friendly. Will visit here again.

I ordered buffalo chicken pizza and it kept my stomach upset all day. The chicken used in the pizza tastes like leftover chicken... everything in that plaza is garbage, from wendy’s to the chinese restaurant they all use inedible stuff

Its a small place that sells many authentic Italian products. The staff is friendly and their food and coffe are very good.

This is my go to spot for sandwiches and coffee. You can’t go wrong with their truffle melt panini. If you’re lucky, they have donuts filled with hazelnut/Nutella that sells out so quick. They also have a variety of Italian products that you can buy so you don’t have to deal with the Eataly crowd.

If Queens Blvd is the United Nations of food then this maybe the Italian diplomats hang out. High-end Italian in a friendly atmosphere. The frozen ravioli section alone is worth a visit, things like; Pear, walnut, gorgenzola ravioli. Brass die pasta, 40% hazelnut spread, confections, estate sauces and more. The paninni are amazing. Simple with 2 or 3 ingredients but everyone looked so good I had to get one. The manager asked me not to take photos, guess you will have to come Bring your wallet but you won't regret it.

Cipollina is a nice place to go and have a good cappuccino and italian croissants. They have good selection of italian biscotti, pastas etc.

Cipollina Gourmet Italian Market has much to recommend it. It is right next to the Kew Gardens subway station. It serves truly delicious and totally fresh Italian paninis. The proprietor and the (small) staff are pleasant, friendly and welcoming. There is quite an extensive selection of various Italian meats and cheeses (all very fresh and tasty) as well as other delicacies, pastas, and bottled craft beers. They serve a large variety of hot and cold beverages including bottled Italian drinks like pellegrini.. There is ample seating where I have noticed people spending quite a lot of time reading, conversing or working on their computers. The atmosphere is relaxed and there is no one to hurry you.The whole place is spotlessly clean, and the bathroom is quite spacious as well. No wonder the place is a favorite of those in the know and of all those who love things Italian. I've become quite an aficionado myself, and drop in for lunch about once every six weeks or so when I go to see my opthalmologist, a two-minute walk away. I was there this afternoon and had a spec and brie sandwich and a cup of coffee. The sandwich was so large that I asked the proprietor to pack half of it for me to take home; I sat and ate the other half in the cafe. It was truly delicious, though I would not have minded a touch more brie, and the coffee was freshly brewed and proved an excellent drink to wash everything down with. I have had some of their other sandwiches in the past, and have liked all of them equally well. I have never shopped there for gourmet Italian items, but may do so the next time I am there. I usually have just a small plain coffee there, which I quite enjoy; next time I might go in for something a little fancier, a cappuccino perhaps. I am sure it will be delicious. Or what about a piece of Italian pastry? The possibilities are many and very tempting, and there is much to explore in this small but very cosy and delightful little place.

We stopped for lunch at Cipollina Italian Market the other day on Queens Boulevard. We had a great lunch. We had different paninis on wonderful fresh breads. I had a prosciutto cotto and brie panini and it was excellent. We bought some buffalo mozzarella from Italy and some soppressata.

My girlfriend and I came her for lunch today after talking about it for a month. We recently returned from a trip to Italy where we fell in love so we came to Cipollina to see if it can compare. They have an Italian market in the back that carries a variety of imported goods that are quite common in Italy. We ordered the Il Fico Panini and a pastry. The panini was good, needed a bit more meat but definitely very tasty. The pastry was also very good and was a nice conclusion to our lunch. Definitely recommend the Italian soda's as they were awesome. I will definitely be back considering I work a couple of blocks away.
