I had ordered a grilled chicken fresh mozzarella with peppers hero & calzone.The person who answered asked what the name of the hero was he said a Tommy ridiculous I said I didn't know he said yeah that's it shouldn't he have known with the ingredients I had given him? Needless to say what I got was not what I described but a slop hero... I called them to explain the problem they said you ordered it it that's what you got great service I won't be ordering anything from them again.

In 1968 when my family moved us to Richmond Hill from Brooklyn my mother had me teething on Tommy’s pizza crust. Throughout my childhood Tommy’s was the ONLY pizza my entire extended family would order. I left NYC in 1979 and have only started returning for visits in 2020. To my surprise Tommy’s is STILL THERE and still the BEST. All four NYC trips I’ve done since 2020 include at least two trips to Tommy’s.

I go here as the pizza is great. The service however is atrocious. I purchased over $70 in slices and they act as tho I'm bothering them. There wasn't anyone else in store so I wasn't holding up a line. Things being thrown around, the nasty attitude. Do better.
The workers there are so disrespectful. They act like you're supposed to know what's on the menu and how much a large pie costs, even though they do not have any menu on display, like most restaurants do. The hispanic guy is so rude when you ask what is the difference between the sizes of pizza. How am I supposed to know unless I ask??? Why the attitude?This place used to be good in the 90s. Their setup can be turned into something better. I used to like Tommy's. Since I came back to this neighborhood, I wish there were another pizza place here. I'd rather order from Romeo's or Sophia's. I still ordered since I was there, but I won't come back.
