“Eden never disappoints. We brought our infant with us and everyone working was so attentive to us. When I gave him a bottle at the end of dinner, our waiter came and asked us if he could warm it up for us. His kindness really showed. Food was perfect. Drinks, app, steak dinners, dessert. Amazing!“

“We came on Sunday in the afternoon and sat on stools outside until a table opened up. There was a short line to get drinks at the bar and the bartender was friendly. There is a food truck to order from and the food was great. We had the chicken riggies and the garlic parm fries which were delicious and plenty to split between two people. The outdoor space is great on a nice summer day. The beer was great and I will definitely be back!“

“This place is truly a gem in the Syracuse area. We recently had a birthday party here and it was perfect. The owner, Pete, couldn’t be nicer and was incredibly accommodating. He wanted to make sure we had the perfect day and it was nothing shy of just that! I very strongly recommend the clipper tavern for a causal happy hour, a place to watch SU sports, a place to throw a party, and any/everything in between!!“

“Walked in with my family and my baby in his stroller at (what looked like) the busiest time for dinner on a Saturday night. The man at the host booth said that there was a 30 minute wait but when he saw us with our little one he was able to fix up a quick table for us. We were okay with waiting because the food and drinks are so great, but as a new mom it meant a lot to me that he went out of his way to accommodate my family. This is the kind of service that you remember and return to a restaurant over. Even though the place was packed, our food and drinks came out very quickly and tasted great. Bathroom was clean. Server was kind too. Next time you are going to dinner, no matter who you are with, you should consider The Hops Spot!! And be extra nice to the man at the door!!“

But nothing eclipsed the grade service an excellent food accompanied by some seriously delicious beers putting Syracuse, New York on my map of breweries well worth visiting. I also wrote some deep, heartfelt journal entries, because I was filled with inspiration, glove, self-worth, self efficacy, and Pizza.“
