This is a great spot to eat and it never disappoints. Haven’t been there in a while because we live in the city. Tonight we had the tavern burger, tavern mac and cheese and I tried 2 of the specials. Beef barley soup and brisket sandwich which is probably the best brisket I’ve had in a very long time. The soup was very tasty and the brisket was full of flavor. It was topped with arugula, some sort of dressing and thinly sliced purple onion. It was outstanding.
You can find one of the best fish & chips right here on Main St. I set the benchmark for a good restaurant with the fish and chips. I ate every morsel of them! Everything about my experience there was perfect. Thanks a
