I ordered a gluten free bagel is definitely wasn't made in store I'm guessing it was Udi's brand with cream cheese $7.00 very disappointed to say the least how do Bagel stores not make fresh gluten free bagels this day & age is beyond me 2 thumbs down!!!!!!!

Never ordering from this deli again. Always gets our order wrong and doesn't do anything but give refunds when they mess up. They can't keep track of their orders and has a nasty attitude with their customers. Save your money, this place is terrible.

Maybe just me but been living in NY for 50 yrs and do understand inflation however this is simply unheard of.Staff is very friendly and overall Beyond Bagels provide a neat and clean appearance though I can’t overlook the fact their pricing simply turn me off for returning.

On 12/19 I ordered a dozen bagels online to be delivered out of state from NY-fla. It cost 117.94. on 12/20 I rec'd a call from Marco at beyond bagels & he said my CC expiration date was wrong, gave him correct date, he told me they be delivered by Fri 12/22 as I pd for 2nd day air. As of 12/24 they still weren't delivered & that started an email conversation with the owner Robert, who although was apologetic he couldn't see that it was their fault because I was told they'd be there. 12/26, still no bagels & reluctantly the owner issued a refund, which was run on the 27, telling me that it could take a few days to process which I understood. 1/2/24 still no refund which I emailed the owner again & again was told it's probably delayed because the holiday, again I understood. 1/4/24 I called the owner & explained the explanation data issue when the order was placed & could it possibly be the same reason? He emphatically refused to check the card # & told me it's my bank. 1/5 I Called my bank & explained the whole situation, she looked at my account & saw nothing leading to a refund, at that point having dealt long enough with not only the rudeness of the owner but the employee marco, I put in a dispute for my refund which took them 1 day to process. I will never use beyond bagels again. & To quote the owner who said "I'm only refunded your money because I feel bad, not because it was our fault", I told him that Marco told me "I was mistaken for believing that 2nd day air means it gets there in 2 days"! I replied to Marco "that's exactly what 2nd day air means! With great bagel stores on virtually every other block on long island, I find it hard to believe this one still exists!

After spending $30 on one Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a bagel, White Fish on a Bagel, Croissant, and two hashbrowns.Employable who took our order looked miserable and gave us attitude when we asked for TWO hashbrowns.Opened the order when we got home and was missing an entire sandwich and hash brown.Food was good but come on? How do you miss half the order?
I received a package shipped from ny to myself yesterday12/16 at 2pm. The label on the package said it was supposed to be here 12/23.There was no note as to who it was from . When I figured it out that my mother sent bagels for us to enjoy for Christmas I let her know they arrived . She was guaranteed they would deliver on time.Well I received 6 day (assuming they shipped on tge same day they were made) old bagels poorly packaged. There was so much air in the sealed bag there was no way they would be fresh . Almost hard .... all of the everything seasoning was soggy.Are you out of your mind ? $22 for a dozen of mediocre at best bagels and another $17 to ship it for it not to arrive on time . Would u eat 6 day old bagels that have been sitting in a box? Would never recommend. Maybe there was a chance these bagels would have been good had they arrived at the 3 day mark as they were supposed to . Beyond bagels should be ashamed of themselves guaranteeing them to arrive a certain time . Don't ship perishable items if u can't deliver

Food is good but extremely overpriced. Place has totally changed! They skimp you when you order something that qualifies as a sandwich. For example, a tuna salad sandwich or bagel is supposed to come with a free side salad and pickles. Well, they almost never give you that unless YOU ask - yet charge you all the same (~ $15). Much better bagel places in the area so save your money and go somewhere else!

ordered from this place twice. first order there were some small issues (food being cold, not ready on time, etc). today we decided to try again and someone decided to pack an iced coffee we ordered upside down in the bag so all of our food is covered in coffee. when i called to try and speak to someone about it i got a voice mail, i tried a different extension and was told "my hands are full we can't help right now" i asked if calling back later would be better and i was told to call next week. absolutely ridiculous. I don't know what happened to this place, everyone i work with said it's amazing and everyone is so kind.
