Good waffles and bubble tea, but the employees need more training with customer service and taking orders. The music needs to be turned down, it's like I'm in a club. I had to repeat myself 3 times for my order to the employee. Not a very good atmosphere with the family with little ones, most of the music that's playing has a lot cursing.
I've had a lot of boba and I wouldn't rate this as one of my favorites. I went when this store initially opened and I could tell the staff was still learning. The milk tea was not very flavorful and the boba was very hard. The store itself is a decent size and can hold multiple customers to eat in.

I was visiting Hicksvlile and saw this location of Gong Cha. It looks nice and open inside with some seating space. I ordered the mango tea with mango popping boba. It was very good and refreshing!
