My god this Dunkin location!!! Never in my life have I been so irritated! I went to get some early morning breakfast today 12/20/23 @ 8am when we got to this location the store was jam packed, there was to go orders falling over on the counter and stacked upon each other, I had ordered the avocado toast with bacon and a brown sugar cookie iced coffee, coffee is good as always but when I had got home about to eat, I had found this piece of plastic in my avocado toast!!! What a health hazard! Thank god I caught it in time before ingesting it! Usually I love the avocado toast from here but today it was burnt and there was no bacon on it and the Dunkin employees didn't seem to care. While on the topic of employees let's talk about the fact that they were having a completely inappropriate conversation in front of a whole bunch of people, I want to say there was maybe 8 employees sitting around at this small location and only 2 people were really working and doing what they were supposed to

Every time I stop in and put in my order they always forget an item (s), seems like they always make things wrong way then requested and today 11/01/2023 I went in and got my order and avocado toast had literally a long piece of hair in it. Stay Away From This Dunkin' For Your Own Health.

This has to be by far the worst Dunkin in Broome county as a Dasher I've been here three times first time they didn't have what was ordered smh second time no ice and to busy talking about STDs instead of helping customers today no ice completely ignoring customers then get pissy when they are asked to do something this store and it's employees are ridiculous rude and very unprofessional and obviously management doesn't care so word of advice don't go here
If o could give this Dunkin 0 stars, I would! This is by far the WORST Dunkin in Broome County. The customer service is horrible, they NEVER get their orders right and you wait FOREVER to get it! I just ordered 2 everything bagels with extra cream cheese, paid $10, waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for my order which they handed out to someone else in the store and then had to wait another 10 minutes just to end up with 2 bagels with nothing on them. Save your money, this place is a waste of time!

They were so incredibly rude. I waited half an hour, so I asked for my receipt to give feedback. I was told they were understaffed and I said understandable.. can I have my receipt? She shut the window on me while I was still speaking and walked away. There were also at least 5 people behind the counter in a Mirabito gas station Dunkin with maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. So I have no idea what they were doing back there. There was one person making drinks and I saw her throw out two and start again after leaving them on the counter for give minutes. I'm so confused and infuriated by this entire interaction. Never returning to this Dunkin, and I hope the team receives verbal warnings about their behavior. (This all happened between 8:40-9:10 on the 14th of May for the record.)
