I'm not sure if a new owner took over, but this place has dropped as far as quality, customer service, and menu options are concerned. They just started taking cards and opened about a month later than normal. They also do not stay open per their listed hrs of operation if it is slow, so buyer beware. I went the other day at 930, they were supposed to be open until 10pm, lights out..dark.
5/31 I was in line at 9:20, at 9:25 the closed sign was turned on. Most people stormed off and I stayed. I called at 9:00 to find out how long that they were open and drove 15 min. By 9:30 I had my ice cream and I was the last customer served. Very poor customer service.

Decent DQ, do wish there was a better system for mobile orders, I order on Mobile to be in and out yet Everytime I get there I have to wait because I am not trying to cut ahead of a bunch of people waiting at the pick up window
