This place has gone down hill just picked up a simple chicken cutlet hero and the chicken was rubbery. Yuck. Also. They continue to serve Texas chilli. And Texas chilli never has beans in it It's a deli that just simply is not doing well lately

Catered a holiday and it was delicious! We had some last minute adjustments that were easily accommodated. Fast, friendly service is always on time!

December 30, 2023. I went to this deli with friends ordered ribs, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. This was the most disgusting food I have ever eaten in my entire life first of all the ribs had no meat on them and they were so hard that Teeth the macaroni and cheese was favor. I swear it was Velveeta macaroni and cheese from the box. The mashed potatoes were so full of salt and I am sure I grew up on Idaho instant mashed potatoes. This disgusting meal cost us $18.I would not recommend this deli to my worst enemy

Extremely disappointed, not only by quality of food, but also by behavior of staff. Eric made some rather creepy comments to my girlfriend instead of listening to my order, which resulted in the entire order being wrong. I asked for hash browns, got ham. Maybe if he wasn't commenting on my girlfriend's figure he would have done his job properly.

I just ordered 3 egg sandwiches and breakfast potatoes this morning for my family for chistmas eve. The food was actually disgusting. The potatoes were stale. And I asked for my bacon very well done on the sandwiches and it was raw. (See photos) unfortunately this place doesn’t do anything you ask for. The lady was not nice on the phone because I wanted to pay by card over the phone. I even tipped 3 dollars and she didn’t say thank you or merry Christmas. I got hung up on quickly. This place doesn’t deserve my business and I’ll never order from here again.

We catered our Thanksgiving dinner here. It was fabulous and worth every penny. Speaking of that they were extremely reasonable in price and to top it off the apple pie was one of the best I ever had also the string beans and stuffing and potatoes and Turkey were all
No hair net. Phone on the cutting boards and used between cooking without washing hands. Plastic saran wrap over the chicken while it's on a hot plate over 200 deg, thermometer right there too haha. I just came to pick up a delivery and saw this Id never eat here in my life.

This is to be my go to place best heroes salads, soups well it's all downhill now. Their prices went up and the amount of food on a hero went down. It's so disappointing because it's so close to me and the food was so good. . I always got the Italian combo with the works hero and now it's got half the amount of cold cuts and amenities on it. So sad. Now I go over to 3 Sons it used to be the Dinapoli's in Kings Park. They used to have a barbecue place in Smithtown and it closed, so what is that tell you. I said pass on this place. It was good while it lasted.

Food was delicious but I ordered a sandwich and paid $16 for it which I thought was high. The next week I ordered exact same sandwich and it was $10.50! Something not right. Don't think I'll go back.
