Ciro's has been our go-to restaurant for many years when we are in the Kings Park area. Last night was not a good night. We had an order of baked clams and an order of calamari, which was so rubbery as to be inedible for me. One of us ordered penne all vodka with breaded chicken cutlet, which was generously sized but very thin and dry. I ordered the same with prosciutto, but there was no prosciutto. I never noticed it was missing something because I was upset and flustered that a busboy had spilled a full glass of white wine. It tipped onto the table and down the front of my clothing. So we sat there through dinner with a wet tablecloth and I had wet clothes. They kindly asked if they should cover my cleaning bill, but I declined since everything was machine washable. However, it just didn't set the right mood that evening.

We frequently eat at Ciros - the food is always delicious and prepared perfectly. Whenever possible we request Bennie as our server. Although Bennie was our server this past weekend - his as usual perfect service could not offset having possibly the worst table in the restaurant!!!!!!. Our party of four was seated in the doorway from the restaurant to the bar. On the other side of the doorway it was a table for 2 which is what our table should have been. My husband had to squeeze into the table and he is a small person. This reservation was made well in advance and not only repeat customers as ourselves but any party of four should have never been seated there. The constant being bumped into and the bus help reaching across our faces because they could not get around the table was pretty horrible and distracting.

Always a great experience at Ciro's from the greeting you get when you walk in, to the service from the wait staff, to the delicious meal you receive. Our waitress Sam was phenomenal.

We have been long time customers but haven't been in a while. The pasta portions were not huge and for $23 I should not have been able to finish it. I used to always go home with left overs as I am not a big eater. The chicken scarpareillo was a little dry. We were a little disappointed.

We came to have a dinner for Easter. We were greeted and seated with a smile. Our server was attentive to detail and helpful in explaining the day's special dishes. The lollipop lamb chops were seasoned and cooked to perfection. They were the best I've ever had in a restaurant. The Caesar salad was delicious and a very generous portion.

Consistently good food and service. We had fried calamari and mini rice balls to start which were both good. The grilled chicken milanese was excellent as was the salmon. We wiill be returning as this is a local favorite

Ciro's is a neighborhood gem. The food is always superb. The service is friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. It is my favorite restaurant.
It was busy and our server was overworked. With four people at the table. We were given our dinners at four different times. Good food I suggest going there during the week instead of a busy Saturday night.

Terrible customer service from people picking up phone. Was checking on whether or not my online order was accepted and was approved. Was put on hold 3 times for 5 minutes us and no response. Will not be ordering again.

Went to Ciros today for an after funeral luncheon. The food, the staff, the service were impeccable. The owner himself, even was on site to oversee everything. Five stars. A true gem in kings park.
