There was no food prepped and ready when I used the drive-thru. I was instructed to park and come into the store to order. The staff seemed surprised that I did come in, but didn't take my order for 15 minutes. Then they told me that to get the food I ordered would take another 11 to 15 minutes since they cooked the wrong style meats, so I took the one they actually cooked instead. In the store, the drink machine appeared broken, but at least worked. There was litter on the counters. They had to repack my order twice as I had the big box, but they put it in small containers. The chicken sandwich was dry and flavorless when I finally got to eat it. The chicken nuggets were the same. The Mac and Cheese was cold. I'm definitely not planning to go there again any time soon.

Out of a lot of menu items. Kitchen was noticably dirty,,,only one staff member on at 230p, his clothing was dirty, no hat or hair net, scrubbing dirty pots went on to serve food without washing his hands and or wearing gloves... gross?

This restaurant has a lot in common with candy corn, as does KFC in general.The food looks 3 to 7 times tastier than it is. To eat it is a shameful act that must be hidden. And the food is technically a petroleum product.No seriously look it up, I swear the EU classified it a petroleum product in '86.

Customer service was great. Other than that, it was not so good. 12 PC bucket original. A couple of pieces were burnt. Was not fresh at all. The gentleman behind the counter was top-notch, though.

Very disappointing.The bowl was about 1/2 full with a scoop of mashed potatoes on top of what seemed to be last nights left over soggy yet dry french fries. Cheese sauce coverup was unsuccessful!- a few dry hard bacon bits did not help.I wonder if a scoop of gravy would even have saved this mess !

Went to KFC on a Thursday at dinner time. Only one person in front of me and 2 cars behind me I pull up and the woman says 1 moment …5 mins later I say hello and she says sorry for the wait 1 moment another 5 mins and I finally get to order only to be told they only have dark meat…are you kidding me!? Not the first time I’ve went there and been told they don’t have chicken….its friggen Kentucky fried CHICKEN!! How do you run out of the one thing you sell on a Thursday when it’s not even that busy

Person started taking my order, then got a phone call and walked away and didn't come back. Someone finally took my order and she was friendly. I love their chicken tenders but they have gotten much smaller! Great fries.
Waited over 35 minutes for mainly sides. Only got a two piece original chicken and a 5 piece nugget. Made us pull to the side and gave our order to someone else. Had to get extra crispy chicken because they already sold all the original. VERY dissatisfied and will never come here again nor recommend it to anyone.

Idk who the girl on the drive thru was but she was rude as hell. My sister is 39 weeks pregnant and made us drive 40 minutes out of our way because she wanted KFC. Got there to pick up her mobile order and my sister waddled her way to the door only to find out it’s drive thru only. So we go on the drive thru to get her order, we were told they had “no large fries” and that her order was gone be 10 minutes so we asked could it placed in small fry containers and then were told they have NO FRIES at all. She then proceeded to ask what side does my sister want instead, as she is talking over my mom asking my sister what she wants instead. The worker tells my mom “you can’t sit in my drive thru for 10 minutes” rude AF to my mom as if she could not wait the 2 seconds for a response. I’m sorry but who even owns this place. Maybe the food would be done if they didn’t have their employees standing outside next to some vehicle getting high.

It was 6 PMIf it wasn’t for the fact that I like coleslaw and that’s all I wanted was a large coleslaw so now you know who made this review. You suck disgustingly.
