Authentic! Sushi made by SushiMakio's chef with no doubts are the very best sushi i have had in the past 10 years. I was mesmerized by the famous chef , doing his art right there on the other side of the counter. I actually felt like I'm reliving "Kill Bill 2" scene when she had sushi in Japan. So my husband and I were hungry and he suggested that we stop and have sushi. My first reaction was not a favorable one, but sometimes we have to do things we don't want to. We went inside, we sat down and ordered the food, came quickly, and was honestly very, very good. The staff was friendly and efficient.
