I used to love ordering here the food was always good but for the past 6 months /last4 times I ordered including today the food is soooo bad and awful . The flavor is off the broccoli is always over cooked. Tried giving this place the benefit of doubt but it’s just not good what so ever anymore

First time buying food from a Chinese restaurant since moving upstate from NYC. This is the most atrocious food experiences I've ever had. Placed my order at 5:15 and was told 25 minutes of course I gave more time then allot and when I get there 35-40 after they come out and ask what type of rice I wanted with my order and they still found a way to mess up my plain fried rice and chicken wings they were under cooked and there was not drop of seasoning on them

Lin Chopstick House is a quiet little place but the quality is decent. They make everything fresh so it does take a bit longer than your room if the milk Chinese take out joint.They were doing a brisk business as I waited 30-45 minutes for my order as I never got takeout from Lin before. If I had known it would be 30 minutes I definitely would have called in an order but I was in the neighborhood so I just stopped in.There was lots of veg in the egg foo young and even though they gravy had a light color it was very good. One of them better preparations of egg foo young that I've had.

*They are normally 5 star* but......I've been ordering from chopstick house for some time and it's always been delicious and I've referred many people to switch to them BUT last night's, 10/20/23, was not good. Fried dumplings were over done and oily, egg roll was like and oil soaked sponge I couldn't even eat it and general tso's chicken was not spicy and overcooked as well. Only part of it that was good was the lo mein.I'll give them another chance cuz it could have just been a bad night.

Just ordered from here tonight for the first time and it was fantastic. We ordered delivery and everything arrived very quickly. We even had to modify one of our selections right after placing the order (our fault, misread something) and getting it adjusted was quick, easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly about it. The food was great, the portions were large, and the price was very affordable. Will definitely be ordering from here again soon.
I tried to do a walk in order. Nobody came to take my order. A customer comes in after me and started telling one of the workers to add to his order. You would think he would say let me take care of this customer but nope.. The man finally acknowledged me by just saying hello, then went back to cooking. Worst customer service..
