My wife and I made a quick stop for coffee and dessert. This place didn't disappoint.My 7-Layer cake was freaking huge and delicious. My wife enjoyed her Carrot Cake as well. They even did a nice job on my Expresso.In addition, our server Jackie, was terrific!It's definitely worth stopping in for a wonderful diner experience.

We visit Long Island a few times per year and we never miss a visit or two or three to the Lake Grove Diner. The food is delicious, fresh and plentiful. Peter is so hardworking and friendly. We thought he was the owner as he treats this place as if it were his own. The staff is great. We love this place!
