Seated quickly Waited over 40 minutes for a waiter, finally had to ask the hostess for some assistance before a waiter was assigned. Parties whom were seated after my parties arrival were serviced before my party
Been there twice first time was a great experience. Second time last night was horrible because of the service! took over 45 minutes to get our drink order in totally ridiculous. Water came after 10 minutes, bread took almost half hour , Food was good as expected, but unfortunately, probably my last time there ! to spend that kind of money and have that bad of service. Definitely not worth it.

Not a great birthday dinner. My husband and son's lobsters were extremely salty. We were trying to alert our waiter but he was the only one working that night apparently and never came over to ask how our meals were or refill our water glasses or if we needed anything else. Service was non existent which is unacceptable in a place of this caliber. We have eaten at the garden city location which is 100% better. Our waiter sent over the manager who apologized and said they were short on help. In all fairness the manager did try to work out the situation.

Disappointing my medium rare steak was closer to medium and very dry. My expectation was much higher. The side dishes were ok but the Brussel sprouts were over cooked. The table was OK and the service was what I would expect for the cost of the foods. Don't think I would return there are much better steak houses in the area.

We took our family to celebrate a special occasion, a hard earned promotion. Our table for 10 was perfectly situated & the table sprinkled w congrats confetti. A nice touch. The drinks were so-so but the food was exceptional! Everyone enjoyed their selections. Our Waiter, Matt, was attentive. We picked a perfect restaurant for a perfect celebration.

For a Saturday night the place seemed pretty open. There was a big party which seemed to take everyone's attention. We had to ask for butter, then napkins, then they spilled the remainder of my drink on my phone while clearing the table, then they brought the wrong check. There was a lot of waiting. I loved my steak which was rare, but my husband's steak should have been cooked more (medium well, but came medium rare). My daughter's chicken was chicken strips which was perfect for her.

One steak was well done and suppose to be medium. Waitress never came back to table until we were all done eating. At that time she stated “ why didn't you tell me I would have had it remade?” Ummmm because you never came over to us and dinner took over an hour to come out we weren't waiting another hour

Ate there last night. The food was delicious. I had the sirloin with béarnaise sauce and shrimp. I also had the Garlic Mashed Potatoes and creamed spinach. For dessert I had bread pudding with whiskey sauce. Everything was scrumptious. The service was wonderful . We had 3 different people serving us. The ambiance reminded me of a 60s nightclub where the Rat Pack might show up. Definitely was a 5 star eating. It was a little pricey but worth it in my opinion

We unfortunately had a guest with us who got sick while we were there, but the staff was unbelievably great! Helped us through the whole process! Can not express my gratitude enough! Thank you to everyone! Definitely made me a fan even more for Ruth Chris!
I came here for an early dinner celebrating a birthday and it was spectacular! The service was very good, very nice server and the food was amazing! We had the crabcakes, bbq shrimp, lobster Mac and cheese, brussel sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes and everything was delightful! Our main entrees were so good as well. We didn't end up getting dessert here but they gave the birthday guy a cute little cheesecake dessert! Also, their bread was so good!!

Out of all of the Long Island Ruth's chris' lake grove is by far the most disappointing. Go to Melville or garden city instead for the true Ruth's chris experience. Lake grove falls short in every way

We had a birthday celebration for my 89 year old Dad, this is his favorite restaurant. Ordered porter house for 2 and could barely cut steak. They were also out of a lot of the wines we wanted. Very off night for such a high end restaurant. Sad, don't have many birthdays left with my Dad.
Me and my husband went here for a date night first time ever being there we ordered the bbq shrimp and potato's au gratin for appetizers the shrimp cooked perfectly and the sauce tasted very flavorful and the potatoes were creamy and cheesy. We ordered the porterhouse for two and they cooked our steaks 2 different temperatures which we appreciated it so much. The steak was cooked perfectly very juicy we will definitely come back again the service was perfect too always asking we needed anything clearing the table for us after each course.
Waited wasn't the best, was nice, but didn't offer drinks, come around to take dirty dishes as they sat Me and my daughter had to wear a coat as it was so cold in there Wasn't that impressed
