Went there to pick up an order, said name for the order clearly (employee DID NOT ASK me to repeat name or said anything else to me) gives me the complete wrong order that belonged to someone else whose name isn’t even similar to the name I said. I would say staff needs to be retrained but it’s literally just not being able to read not sure what could be done there.. make sure to double check your order after pick up unless you want to drive home and then find out you got 3 slices of cheesecake instead of dinner.

The place is great but the amount of money they make they can at least fix the WiFi. I had my special needs son with me who relies on his iPad for speech and activities and no WiFi worked there. Asked the manager for a password for another WiFi and told her she can type it in so we didn’t know it and she said she can schedule for IT to fix the WiFi ?. So was I supposed to schedule my food to be eaten at a different time as well? I understand supposed to eat and enjoy your self but very hard with a special needs child that needs WiFi. Some people will understand but most won’t. Other than that the waitress was amazing and food is good.

We ordered through online menu and had to make a pit stop before picking up our food so we used the delay time feature and it was ready as planned.We also love dining in there and the service is always friendly. There’s many different dishes to choose from and my orders are very tasty. My wife likes to substitute on her orders and they accommodate her requests. It can get a little loud when the place gets packed so we try to ask for a quieter table when possible.Dietary restrictions: Sometimes people have aversions to certain vegetables or sauces and they are happy to adjust the dish if possible or suggest a decent substituteParking: Mall parking available with direct restaurant access but lot can be congested from mall shoppers. But I always find a spot.Kid-friendliness: I see many young families bring little ones and teens. They’ve always looked pleased and decently behaved.Wheelchair accessibility: We bring my mom with her wheelchair. Let them know when you ask for a table.

Went here for dinner after I received a gift card, I ordered the Orange chicken dinner because I had it before other places and Love it! But here i was Disappointed because the chicken was So dry and not saucy at all!! And it was spicy either. I gave you guys 4 stars because the Cheese cake was Amazing!!
I usually love it here however when my family and I just recently went to eat for my mom's day, it wasn't good at all. We had reservations and got there a few minutes before. We had to wait over 30 minutes. We were told over and over table.is getting cleaned. Service was not up.to par and some of the food came.out cold. One of the pasta dishes ordered, plain pasta, came out and was horrible. It seemed like was heated up in the microwave. They gave us free cheesecake for the inconvenience but I feel like this place has changed.Parking: Near the smith Haven mall, so there is plenty of parking. Although some days might have to park a bit away and walk.

The name of this place could be misleading, especially for a first-time visitor. One would have thought that the name "The Cheesecake Factory" would specialize in Cheesecakes, but they will be in for a very rude awaking eventually after realizing their vast menu of many very well prepared and delicious dishes. WoW! And the staff was just excellent, I might add. The ambience of the restaurant itself was also great, not withstanding the physical structure of the building of which the factory is located was just ideal. Visits can be rewarding to one's self, I might add.
