I placed an order and when I got it home every single thing was wrong. I called to let them know and the manager on shift did not care at all and was not willing to make it right in any way. I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!!! They need to work on every aspect of customer service. What a waste of money it all had to be thrown out completely inedible

First.. a manager took our order , there was 1 person ahead of us, we were in the carry out section, our time of arrival was 917 pm, manager proceeded to sit down and talk to her coworker while the girl making the ice cream was overwhelmed , she was making online orders, eat in orders plus our carry outs, manager and server watched her be overwhelmed, she asked for help, when the manager finally decided to help she started making our order, by the time we left it was 953pm for 3 sundaes. Now I understand waiting for quality service it takes time, but ther was only 1 person ahead and 3 workers, why weren't they automatically helping the overwhelmed worker, , and on top of it all the order was wrong!!! 26.00 for ice dream which I don't mind paying for but, at least get the order right I would consider a staff meeting on time control and team work!!!!

Went here with my Niece and we really enjoyed our time, food, the Atmosphere and attentiveness of the staff!
Our waitress basically threw napkins at us, snatched the receipt before we could properly give it to her, and more in a rush to get us out. The food was only good part but it’s a shame that it was ruined by bad service.
