Ordered banana split , the banana was way to far gone. I was grossed out so much i felt it had to be deliberate, ( could not be trusted) therefore a remake was not an option so i declined, also declined a free ice cream. I just wanted my money back which i had no issue getting. Probably wont be back.

I decided to leave a review because today I had the best fast food service I've ever had. I've been to Fifties plenty of times, and I have been disappointed before, but it seems that there is different staff now and they went above and beyond. Very polite and attentive employees. The food was delicious, and they even gave my dog a pup cup! What a nice little place :)

I'm sorry to have to say this while the food was good until we noticed one of the kids working there was picking her nose with gloves on and whipping her nose on sleeve.my stomach turned because we had already eating when we saw her do this.they seemed to be all kids and service was very slow and kinda rude by how slow and goofing off they was acting.also the nasty flies bugging us bad and sticky floors.will not being going back there until they have grown ups who are not picking noses,playing and slacking and slow and flies flying all over with dirty floors and dirty tables again.

I stopped here to just get a sundae, I spend 5 bucks on a super sundae and waited 7 minutes for it. I also watched the worker with no name tag grab 2 waffles without gloves and put it into my sundae. Whenever I got to the Jamestown location I get a lot of peanut butter and crunchies, but she took forever for 1 item, did not use gloves, and did not use the proper amount of food to my make sundae for the cost. Its basically just vanilla ice cream with a little peanut butter drizzle. There were also 3 other workers that I could visibly see talking and standing around instead of helping quickly get me my sundae. I mainly upset about the gloves, I work in fast food and would NEVER TOUCH SOMEONES FOOD WITHOUT GLOVES!!!!

I would consider this a step above fast food as far as quality and service. I ordered online and when I arrived 20 minutes later, they were still working on my order and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes, but I can’t be upset with them because not only was the lobby busy when I arrived, their drive through was literally spilling out of their lot and into the street. They were very friendly even though it looked as though they were in the midst of the mother of all rushes. I came back a few weeks later and got the same order- jalapeño pepper jack grilled cheese, fries, and mozzarella sticks. They were far less busy at this time, service was still friendly and waited far less time for my food. Both times my food was the same. The sandwich was excellent along with my mozzarella sticks. Unfortunately my fries left a lot to be desired. They were cooked well and had good texture and perfect golden brown color, but they had no seasoning at all. Overall, this is one of my go to spots when I’m in town and I know I will return time and time again.Vegetarian options: A majority of their sides are meatless, they do have grilled cheese options, both very good, and needless to say all ice cream and shakes are vegetarian friendly.Kid-friendliness: They have a separate kids menu.Parking: There was plenty of parking both times I went here. Regardless of how busy they were, I did not struggle to find a spot.
