Southern Tier Brewery is a great brewery that produces some of the best craft beers around. Their Pumpkin Ale and Warlock Pumpkin Imperial Stout are two of their best beers. The Pumpkin Ale has a rich, smooth flavor that is full of pumpkin and spice, while the Warlock Pumpkin Imperial Stout has a rich, complex flavor that is full of roasted malt, chocolate, and coffee. Impressive building, and the outside entertainment obviously looks to be a blast. But on a cold and rainy late October evening, we just did some tastings. Great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff and clean restrooms. Food was average brewery fare, with a heavy hand of mustard sauce on the smashburger. Still tasty enough grub.
