I know Indian food, and objectively the food is mediocre and that’s being kind. Everything is old and I particularly resent being served stale rice given the cost of it to restaurants, that kind of says it all for me if they’re scrimping on the cheapest thing they serve then what are they doing with everything else. It’s priced for what the market will bear not what it’s worth, for the quality it should be 50% cheaper. Service was bad to the point of being unpleasant.If you absolutely have to have Indian food and you really can’t drive further than larchmont and you everything else is closed then it’s an option.

Been a patron off / on for many years. Thursday was enough that I would not return. 1) The new menu was mundane. 2) The "added" Paneer to the spinach - this dish was so salty, there was no getting around it. 3) The chicken in Tika Masala was dry. Added insult to injury: 1) The bill added $1.00 for each glass of wine. Waitress said "a new menu was being made and thats the new price." They wouldn't take it off. 2) They charged a $3.47 " customer service fee" which was for using a credit card (without letting us know). We were told "everyone's doing it." 3) We did not have a chance to read our bill prior to paying and had to ask for a receipt. That's when we saw the underhanded way to charge more. It's the Principle.

I've been going to Coriander from when they first started. As an Indian, I can assure you their dishes are fresh and delicious!! Shawn and the staff, especially Joe, are always super duper friendly and professional. We are very lucky to live so close to them and to be able to order take out or dine in at their amazing location. They recently updated the decor/paint and it looks incredible. Some of our favorite dishes there are the chicken tikka masala, biryani, malai kofta and poori. Hands down one of the best Indian restaurants in the area!!! Go check them out!

Yummy food and delicious spicy margarita. I liked the complimentary edamame too. I got the chicken biryani (a lot of rice but very good), my friend got garlic naan, a cauliflower dish, and something else which I can’t remember. I don’t love picnic table seating which is what they have outside, and they didn’t clean the table before we sat down, but other than that, the service was quick and friendly, and we had no trouble getting seats outside around 8pm on a Friday night.
