The price was really high for a 12 inch pizza of average quality. I understand that with everything going on small businesses are struggling, but the price of two 12 inch pizzas and two sodas was over $40. That's obviously fairly high, and the pizza was only okay. I enjoyed the environment, which is really cool. The price, however, was too much for the amount.

It's amazing that it's been almost five years since we first, and last(?), visited Anna's. But comparing photos from back then and now it's apparent that some things have changed over time. Not necessarily in a bad or even good way, but photos help to document the changes. First, the menu has been updated. The menu's 9 Signature pizzas has now been augmented by 10 additional Woodfired Specials. It was from those Specials that we chose a Porkbelly Pizza ($16) and a Veggie Pizza ($16). The next change to be aware of is that if you either prefer or dislike char on your pizza you might want to specify your preference when ordering. I recall that our pizza in the past had some nice char on the crust edges. I said nothing when I ordered our pizzas this time and they came with beautifully golden brown edges and equally golden brown bottoms. I know my wife was pleased, but I would have liked a little char and blistering. But maybe the most important thing to be aware of is the lack of change in the enjoyment of the pizza. The dough has a delicious flavor and great texture around the edges to let you experience some nice chew. The Veggie Pizza gives you the choice of white or red and is topped with just the right amount of mozzarella, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach and caramelized onions. We chose white and were quite pleased with the blend of flavors from the various veggies. The Porkbelly pizza, however, was slightly favored of our two choices. There was a nice unexpected spiciness to the toppings of sausage, arugula, evoo, gorgonzola, mozzarella and Vermont maple syrup. Don't be confused by the topping of sausage on a porkbelly pizza. This is not sausage as you customarily encounter it. The chewy texture of the small chunks of porkbelly actually is enhanced by the maple syrup. Who doesn't like bacon and real maple syrup? Our phoned in order was ready and waiting in the promised 15 minutes time. I doubt it will be another five years before we enjoy more pizza from Anna's.

WOW - Incredible, awesome, just can’t describe the delicious pizzas these guys make - absolutely beautiful - perfect!!! I was in town for work and now I wish I lived here so that I could eat these delicious pizzas all the time!!!!!

Anna's offers delicious wood fired New York pizza for take out and patio seating! We got the Paulino which had amazing fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, shaved parmigiana and extra virgin olive oil. The quality was delicious and definitely worth the wait. They currently offer outdoor patio seating and takeout. Highly recommend!

Best pizza in capital district. Restaurant Navona is a close second though. I don't even like pizza usually, but when I crave pizza this is my spot. Crispy perfect crust, quality toppings, and very affordable.

Definitely has gone downhill since the change in ownership. Very inconsistent. Sometimes the chicken wings are the best I've ever tasted, perfectly cooked and other times, most times, over seasoned and over cooked. The same thing with the chopped salad. The one I got today seemed to have escarole as the lettuce, barely edible. I'm not returning.
