They lock the doors 30 mins earlier than their closing time. Brain dead rats running this restaurant- if you lock the doors at 930, change your closing time to 930

Let me say I normally don’t have a problem with this establishment, however on 4-21-24 stopped in for lunch. I requested bottle water, chicken tenders and fries with the chips and spinach dip. My waiter informed me they were out of bottle water, dip was nasty chips were stale. When my food came out I noticed chicken tenders were significantly smaller. Food was warm not hot I informed waiter he looked as if I had two heads. I was disappointed in the entire meal. People spend their hard working money and should get a decent meal they are paying for.

The Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp was hot and fresh. Mashed potatoes creamy and satisfying. Broccoli and cheese tasty. Mocktail drink delicious. Alot of negative reviews here, but me and my mom had a good experience.

Our server was great. The food was good. But who wants to eat sat next to people with their pet? It was clearly not a service animal - it was yapping, they stunk, it didn't even listen to basic commands from the lady, and it was climbing around their booth. Sure maybe it was an ESA. Those aren't covered under the ADA and still aren't allowed in pet-free places. Will probably be avoiding this location now that I've seen they let pets climb around the booths.

The waiter was in her own little world, right away rude, didn’t check on us and we had to wait a long time to get the bill. Chili’s food is way better. We travel a lot and we will never return to any Applebees anywhere in the world.

Overall, it was good. It took a few tries to get my drink right, and my steak was Med Rare but had asked for Med Well. When I got it back, it felt as if it was microwaved, which made the steak chewy and tough. I decided not to eat most of it. The waitress didn't notice but was attentive otherwise. The Caesar salad was great, and the spinach dip and chicken fingers were also awesome. Must say, though, we had asked for crispy fries, and the fries were luke warm and soft, definitely a bit old to the taste, so we didn't eat those either.

I want to share my Birthday dinner and the customer experience at Applebees in Latham NY. Against my better judgment it wasn't the place I wanted to have my dinner. It was a place one person in our party wanted to go to. A party of 5 people 3 arrived and seatedThe last two joined the party 15 min later and ordered their food. However they had their food and eating before the other people in the party. It was basically ruined by the waitress and the Manager, Chris who was the Cook for that night. We ordered four steaks and was given one steak knife that we initially shared. When we brought it to the waitress attention. She brought 6 knives back to the table and laid them on the napkins. Just being Obnoxious!Two of of Steaks were cooked rare when we requested well done. Long story short. The manager was requested who was the Cook. He came out to the table with a bad attitude. An individual from our party explained the concern of the rare steak.Stating someone could get sick and Chris's response was no they can't. As a manager and a Cook he should know the importance of preparing food for others appropriately. I was waiting for a new steak to be cooked correctly and we were told by Chris to get outHe snatched in haste the plates from the customers on table It was so bad he knocked over the little boys drinkThe next day I spoke with Brad the district manager and explained the situation and he really didn't care.Then I called the corporate office and spoke to an individual and I am waiting on return call within a couple days. We'll its been a week and no return call.This was a terrible customer experience food and service.

Ordered to go. Horrible and not the 1st time. Noodles were so over cooked they were goop, chicken dry and no garnishments as pictured. For 18$ I was very disappointed.
