We are HIGHLY SATISFIED with our customer service experience from the very moment we walked in with Ohmare and Ejah. Ohmare greeted us immediately, very professional and friendly with a warm welcoming smile. Watching Ohmare working in the back as Ejah arrived to take over, he took such care in handling and packaging food orders. He 8s definitely an asset to any company he works for. Ejah with her friendly and energetic attitude. Willingness to meet my specific food requirements was so thoughtful to us. Watching Ejah and Ohmare working with customers and greeting new customers is awesome. It is truly about customer service to us first. Horrible!! Pre-ordered, pre-paid catering for Thanksgiving with a 2:30p to 2:45p pick up window. Whatever almost 4 hours. Walk ins were taken over & over & over until they sold out items despite people pre-ordering and paying. None of the pre-orders were prepared at all. Chaos and pandemonium ensued. People were irate, causing a scene, manager was negatively engaging instead of diffusing or creating solutions. Items were left off the order and just a mess. Suggestion, have 1 or 2 people begin going through pre-orders preparing them, bagging and setting alphabetically or by time slot on the tables. There were no eat ins so all of the center tables could've been pushed together to accommodate this suggestion. This way the pre-order line can go smoothly as well as the walk in and items prepaid won't be sold out to each ins. This will create less stress for staff and customers.

Staff is very sloppy making everyones order. They dont even try to make it look appetizing. Multiple wrong orders in drive threw. We need a new location/ second location..

Food was tasty. Staff were helpful. Taking off a star because most of the menu wasn’t available on the evening I stopped in. Really wish they had a pot pie but I didn’t have the time to wait an extra half hour.
