What can you say about a chain bagel place that hasn't been said before? I ordered a dozen bagels to go and 1 pumpernickle bagel, untoasted with butter. I love a good, fresh bagel and these didn't disappoint. The service at this particular location was pretty good. My single bagel that inhaled in my car was really good. They went a little heavy on the butter as if they've never heard of America's ongoing health battle with heart disease, but it was still darn good. The other bagels were also very good and enjoyed by my family and guests.

Bagels are delicious, and the staff is friendly and professional. Unfortunately they are always out of Bagels on Sunday at this location. I’ve tried the last 3 Sundays and no luck. Called on 3/7/21 at 11:45am and was told they are all out of bagels, and they are done baking for the day. Store hours say open until 2pm?!?
I’ve been to this Brueggers 40+ times over the past couple months and every time has been a good experience.

Used to go here every Sunday but now that the variety has decreased my customer loyalty has swayed. I don't know if the changes of selection are temporary though. Still getting 4 out of 5 for the many years of satisfaction I have received. The people behind the counter were always friendly, and professional about things.
