Food was cold. Burger was cold and fries were cold. There were five of us in our group. All of our burgers and fries were cold despite there being only three other groups of people in the restaurant. Disappointed.

I ordered here for the first time and I can tell you right now with no problems that this is the most disgusting burger joint I have ever had . I had stomach pain after eating here the food was cold and stale and the fries we’re none edible like I spend 60$ for it to go in the garbage waste of money and waste of food sad I don’t recommend this restaurant save urself and find somewhere better to eat !

Place wasn’t the cleanest floor was all sticky and food everywhere. It was dead when we went in. We got our food pretty quickly annd it was delicious. The girl at the front counter with the blonde curly hair hates her job and has horrible customer service. I wouldn’t go back because of it.

BugerFi used to be great until this year. Not sure what changed but I was charged $12 for the "ultimate bacon burger" LMFAO. 3 tiny pieces of bacon, cheese, and 1 undercooked patty. No fries, no drink, extra charge for sauce? This place is a joke now.

Place an online order. When we went to pick up our dinner we were told there fountain Machine was empty. So I said no worries can I please have a refund on the 2 drinks. The store manager said no refunds from the store we would need to go back online to get a refund. Said ok and went on my way. Stopped at the gas station and grabbed a couple of sodas. Then went I got back to the hospital and opened my sealed bag I realized that there was no condiments and no napkins. We ate dry burgers. The fries looked burnt but were not cooked. The oil must have been over due to be replaced. On a very stressful night having a very bad diner just added to our stress. O yes…. You can’t go online to get your money back on items that they didn’t have. I know it’s only 7 dollars but it’s just the point . Will never eat here again.

Great alternative to the usual fast food and stuff around. Very fast and when you order a large fries, it's LARGE!. Burger was good and it was done fast. If you want a quick burger this is a great place.

Great burgers and fries! Some of the best in the Capital Region. Service was a bit slow and the atmosphere is a gigantic open space which is cool but the floor is super sticky which makes you wonder about the cleanliness....

Second time here. First time was awesome ordered I store and everything was great. Today I ordered online and had issues, my food was put together haphazardly with the patties baterly on top of eachother and my onion rings were deteriorated. I orser for 30 minutes ahead [not ASAP] and my food was barely warm, and completely soggy.Never ordering online again
