The Thai cashew dressing was out...the kale smelled reeeallly bad and I didn't eat it so it was wasted.
I mistakenly placed an order for pick up when I meant to select delivery, I work as a nurse in a busy surgery center and would not be able to pick up the food so when I called the restaurant I spoke with the general manager and he offered to personally deliver our food to the surgery center. He delivered our food quickly and brought it right inside to the front desk. We order from Corelife in Latham frequently and will absolutely continue doing so with the exceptional customer service I received. 10/10 recommend!
11/16/23 1pm the D squad working.Messed up the order twice and it wasnt even busy. I was the only one in line. I come here weekly. If you’re gunna charge an unreasonable amount of money for questionably healthy food at least get it right the 2nd time and have the person training the new employee be more aware than the trainee

Had online coupon trouble, walked into the Latham store and up to a manager sitting at a table working. Explained the situation, he was engaged, sent the issue to marketing to inquire about the issue, then he introduced me to another manager, who was equally helpful. I ordered my bowls, both the young gentleman preparing them and young lady cashing me out were super friendly, fast and efficient. My only regret was not getting their name to shout them out for their excellent service. From start to finish my experience was exceptional! All 4 individuals I encountered today (10/26 approx 430), I appreciated you. I am so grateful for the great experience!! Thanks team!

Ordered online and arrived about 5 mins before expected time. After expected time I noticed no food on the Order Pick Up cart, and waited a little longer. Noticing no staff was making any food I went up and asked about my online order. Staff grabs it from side counter (where it was out of my site and not designated area) and hands it to me.Salad was OK but waaay too much ginger, barely any broccoli. Sriracha mixed in not even option to put on side when ordering. Sweet potatoes not even cooked, although they looked like it but couldn't even get my fork in them. First time ordering, probably my last. I've gotten this same food at other locations and it was amazing.Vegetarian options: Make your own salad and Sriracha ginger Tofu bowl only real vegan options

Food: The food here is very good. It may be healthier food, but it is not just rabbit food. I highly recommend trying. There is something for most. However, it is common for them to be out of ingredients.Service: The service here is normally good. Most of the time, the staff is friendly and efficient. The common problem I have here is that the bowls are not made the same way. I sometimes get odd ingredients that don't belong to the bowl I ordered.Atmosphere: This place is consistently dirty. The doors, floors, tables, and if you have to go to the bathroom, hold it.I eat here once or twice a month since they have opened. I still go back, so that should speak for itself. I'm recommending that you give it a chance, so that should say something also. I would give this a 4-star review if cleanliness was better. 5-star if it was cleaner and the meals were consistent.
