Good servings expertly prepared ! Friendly service ! Even with short staffing, our server ensured we have a good experience and enjoy our meal ! Kudos to the hard working line server that night ! Awesome !

We all know you can't beat thier prices for breakfast!" But food is always hit or miss here! The other day for 7.99 had a good full size breakfast .No complaints this time.Thumbs-up ?

Late night dining is a thing of the past and tonight's meal proves it. We entered at 10pm and the staff was congenial but looked like they were totally caught off guard they would have to serve someone. I ordered the grand slamwich that was supposed to have bacon, ham and sausage but was served with ham only with no explanation or price adjustment. They did brew fresh decaf but the whole vibe was were open but please don't expect much.

The worst experience ever. I went with a friend, the waitress took a long time to serve us, she did it in a bad way and when my friend asked her about one of the sides of the dish, she did not answer her and only made gestures as if to say "hurry up girl". Not only that, but after her tardiness and poor service we decided to give her a small tip (and she wouldn't have left anything) and she ironically said “wow 2 dollars, ashole” and when we were leaving she yelled at us “please don't come back anymore”. The truth is a disrespectful lady and in very bad taste. don't go, don't have a bad time. I’ll give them 0 starts if i could.

we walked in at 130am and was told they weren't seating anymore for the night. there closing time is 3am. we drove all the way there for no reason

Will never eat at this Denny's or any other location ever again. After contacting Corporate which I will say they are very supportive, but can't do anything because the Owner Muhmud Khan has the say, he owns this location! This guy has no business being in charge he's beyond rude and disrespectful. While my husband our 5year old and myself all sit down for a bite to eat our waitress spilled entire coke all over my husband soaking his entire outfit sneakers and iPhone. Other co-workers smirking as he's dripping soaked. He had to drive home in his Brand new pick up, and ended up having to order a new phone. We submitted his sneaker receipt and tried to talk out an resolution, and this owners response is it's just Soda. Which is all we requested to be refunded for was his sneakers that got ruined. We could have went to every penny requesting reimbursement for the cell phone and a detail cleaning on his trucks drivers seat as well, but i did not go that far because i felt i was being beyond fair then I should have been, we get it things happen. However the owner Muhmud Khan offer was for us to come back and dine with 15% off. What a slap in the face! Pathetic.

I miss the old Denny's and there food ! Everything has gone so far downhill. I have them two more chances after a very bad experience I had, and now it's only gotten worse. Very upsetting. The waiter was great everything else ?

Every, single time we have ordered through the Dennys app…EVERY TIME. The order is wrong. We either don’t get a drink, they put cheese on a burger that says NO CHEESE in the instructions and you also select the NO CHEESE option, or they just leave items out completely. Tonight we ordered an entire pie and got one slice. My favorite part is that the Dennys app itself allows you NOWHERE to attempt to rectify this issue. There is no help with the order link, no number to call and no click for help with your order. So here I am. I am disabled, I order because it’s difficult for me to GO to the restaurant. And it’s really frustrating. I think maybe I just won’t bother with your company anymore because apparently it’s too difficult for your employees to do a basic job correctly. And then I’m supposed to just sit here out money paying for their mistakes. Tip and all. Hey, here’s a list , is everything in the list happening on their order? How hard is that???

Horrible service and wasnt very busy!! Put alone on the side, waitress kept forgetting us. Not once got offered a refill on drinks and took 30 mins to get a check. Got charged for extra ranch that came with a meal. She brought a small thing, requested another and brought a complety different size but charged me the same price extra for two extra serving. Oh and if you buy from kids events (kinda like the old entertainment book) the card for discount they won't honor it even though it's written right on discount that this location accepts it. Avoid at all cost!!!!! Miss worth the drive to go to East Greenbush!

The manager needs to prepare staff for when concerts are happening in the area. It was unfair that only one server and one cook was working when 2 concerts happened on a Friday night.

Everything overcooked. I got the "Southwest Benny". The hash browns and eggs were over cooked. My wife got the southern fried steak and eggs. While her eggs were ok, the steak was over cooked and had a strange taste to it. The waitress had a great personality and was awesome. She made sure we were set for coffee and water all throughout. It's too bad the food wasn't up to par.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The disrespect I received was incredible. A worker (Caucasian) was asked to take us in her section. She didn't respond until she saw my family and I. She said no. She wouldn't serve us. I was appalled, that in this day and age , we're still experiencing racism. This is not the place to go to have a family friendly experience. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.P.s we left
