The pizza wasn’t that good. also ordered chicken wings which were not good. No one there wore gloves when handling food! unsanitary. not for me ? shouldn’t be taking cheese in their hands and handling pizza dough with bare hands! gross

Boy where do I begin. Ordered food tonight at 5pm waited to hours while the dominoes app said “prepping” after a two hour wait magically my app says “delivered” yet no delivery! I spent $50 so I called the store multiple times with no answer. In order to get my money back I had to physically run up there only to be treated as if they were just running a bit behind and it should be there any minute. I literally stared at the guy in disbelief as it seem like he didn’t even list to a word I said. It said my order was completed, I couldn’t get in contact with the store and now I’m standing in front of you with this dillema. I had to get pretty heated with him just for the manager to get involved in which case she looks at the order and sees half of it is still sitting on the counter! The lady was super nice understood my frustratration and refunded the order so for her efforts I give the store a second star but their delivery team and some members of their staff have zero customer service in their bone. Store needs to hire some people that actually care about their job as they have created a dominoes in our area that is impossible to order from.

I walked in placed the order after one hour I went to the counter asking where is my order? They said we haven’t started yet.I’ll never go there again 02/23/24 at 7:15pm

Twice I have ordered from this location and both times my food took over an hour and a half to make and get to me. I picked up both times and still the same thing again. I asked the man at counter and he said they were short staffed and no manager. He said both managers quit and upper management don’t care they just installed more cameras. Don’t give the the rite to take hours to get me a pizza I clearly paid for ahead of time and picked up at curbside. I don’t think I will order from this location again if this is how they are greeting customers. It don’t do anything to complain because they don’t care. Still waiting for my pizza and it’s been an hour and a half already. Parking is horrible for this restaurant also no place to park all drivers taking up customers parking spots. Do better Dominos Do better

Got completely scammed by Dominos tonight. Put in an order around 5:45PM, PREP started at 5:52PM. This would be the last update I'd receive. Waited an hour and called for an update. They didn't answer their phone. Going on 5 hours in now, and no response from the location, and still not answering their phone. No way to get a refund without getting in contact. Complete, and utter nonsense. DO NOT order from this Dominos. AVOID. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

Three hours and no food. I ordered online on a Friday and I expected it would take a while. The tracker said a max of 2 hours which is crazy but I waited because I know everyone wants pizza on a Friday night. After almost 3 hours we tried to call. And tried. And tried. We were on hold for 20 minutes at a time. We had to drive there finally to cancel the order and the store was absolute chaos. Maybe on a normal day it would be better but don't even try to order on a Friday.

I've ordered from this place for many years, everything was hot and fresh and on point, but over the last month is has gone down hill so fast... Cold food, wrong orders on several occasions and if you try to call the store, no one answers....Calling their store number, you get a "call center" that is useless and rude, all they do is connect you to the store that doesn't answer their phone.....I've given this place recently many chances and still the same song and dance. Friends say, stick to your local "mom and pop" pizza places, and that's what I'm now doing....Only thing that was great about Dominos was they were open late which worked well with my work schedule....(Delivery people were always friendly)

It's hard to understand this place. I ordered pizza at 11.15 pm and the delivery did not come. No one called. When I called, it was closed. It is a place that does not suit the name Dominos. In my opinion, put the Dominos sign and write "no name pizza". It makes more sense.

Delivery was quick and pizza was solid, prices and deals were also good. The driver was nice and friendly. Would recommend getting the handmade pan pizza with garlic sauce as the base, sausage and Philly steak as the toppings with whatever dipping sauce you like and you're gonna have a good meal.
