This was my second time ordering from them. The restaurant near my house went downhill so I looked for another place. The first time I ordered it was okay. Nothing to write home about. It was pricy for the food I received but the economy is what it is. Today, the food I ordered was substandard. The food was burnt and over cooked. I hurt my teeth when I bit into the General Tso. My rib tips were burnt and un edible. Needless to say, I threw my money in the trash. Do not venture here if you value your teeth amd taste buds.

Disappointed ? the won ton soup had no flavor to it and the veggies rice also had no flavor, it's like they watered everything down!We ordered from here for years and I don't think I will anymore. Plus no fortune cookies! We tried twice, both times disappointed!

This place has changed dramatically over the years. The food isn't flavorful anymore. General Tso Chicken and Chicken with Broccoli are no longer edible. The chicken and sauces have certainly changed for the worst. Fried rices are very dark in color and totally different from what they used to be in the past. Chicken & rice and chicken noodle soups with very little chicken - no flavor. Whoever is cooking is not doing the food justice. I will not be ordering from them anymore. I will order elsewhere.

This place is not worth going to. The food is bland and looks disgusting. In addition, the staff are very rude and unfriendly. They act like they are doing you a favor by serving the customer. No, the customer is doing you a favor by patronizing your establishment.

Our usual take out place, China Dragon, was without power. Decided to go to Golden Wok as they used to be my neighbors and we used to have their food when we first moved to Latham. Anyway, many red flags... The "fried" rice is a weird dark brown color. The boneless ribs taste sort of ok, but they are black... The fried dumplings are decent. The egg rolls that we were supposed to get may have been good... Guess we'll never know. The price? Forget about it... $38 for (2) boneless ribs combos with pork fried rice and fried dumplings. That's ridiculous. It was a $25 meal at best... And that's if it was actually good. Food is trash, don't get what you're supposed to, and they overcharge. Do yourself a favor and go to China Dragon.

Nice lady working at the counter but I was charged $38 for 2 boneless spare rib combos and an order of dumplings. They didn’t give me the eggrolls that are supposed to come with the meal. Ribs were over cooked and dry. Won’t be
my normal goto place was closed tonight so we thought about giving another local business a try, What a huge mistake!!! We ordered general tso chicken, crab ragoons and boneless spareribs. The crab ragoons were as flat as a piece of paper with only a small amount of cream cheese, The sauce on the chicken was awful with terrible brown overcooked rice, and the spareribs were over cooked and greasy. Now I know why there are multiple signs stating no refunds. We threw out the 38.00 of disgusting food. clearly we should have based our decision on the 1,9 overall rating Never again

Ordered home style tofu, did not expect soup. Tofu was spongey. Entire dish drowning in sauce. Called — the woman talked over me the entire time with excuses that did not explain what was in front of me. It was inedible. Nothing like anything I had seen before with this particular dish from this place, or any other place.She repeatedly interrupted and talked over me enough that I had to yell over her to complete a sentence. At one point she just left the conversation and said we were “disconnected”. Or “you broke up for a minute”.She said they would make it again and I could come pick it up. I explained I was home with three children and unable to. I asked for the dish to be refunded. She refused. She hung up on me.Not to mention the shrimp with broccoli that had six pieces of shrimp and an egregious ratio to broccoli.I have never written a review about anything, anywhere, ever. Fifteen bucks it would have cost them to make things right. Fifteen dollars. Instead she chose to fight. Unreal.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. And door dash is trash for suggesting this place as a 4.5 star restaurant. This place is no good. The pork fried rice tasted like the oil they used was from 2003 and burnt by the sun. The rice wasn't that nice yellow color like you get at a good Chinese place. It was brown. Tf?! The general Taos chicken was crazy bad. Like someone chopped off toes of a pig, breaded them, put sauce on them and called them chicken. Never ever going here again. I would also advise against it. Door dash is terrible for suggesting this place. Waste of money. Don't go. Seriously.
