“what to say about this restaurant?? well to start you ate greeted by the low lighting and rustic feeling of place, the food is absolutely delicious, they offer many options a little something for everyone. i enjoyed the onion rings very big and crisp and the ceo is delicious fries were nice hot and crisp and not to salty and the girls at the counter have a very positive attitude and smiles throughtout the interaction.Vegetarian options: beyond burgers, vegefi burgers, burgerbowls that also can be modifiedKid-friendliness: kids menu optionsWheelchair accessibility: there is a wheelchair accessible ramp on the side of the building where i parked“
“Went there for the first time on my scooter and ate inside. Got 4 hot dogs a cookie and a root beer for under 8$ right away. I can stop there any time I'm scooting around doing jobs in the area, I'd run dedicated delivery for them if they had loyal immobile customers. Take out is big here, it's cozy inside though.“
“Parking: The lunch counter is fun and quick with an old fashioned atmosphere. The server pay attention to all that enter the diner. The older atmosphere is clean and amazing to be in there for lunch. The food served is hot with a quickness to get it to each customer. The beverages are ice cold served with a straw. The homemade Greek meat sauce is served on all the hot dogs, hamburgers, eggs dishes.“
“Let me start by saying order small. The serving sizes are very generous. A small order of fries is easily enough for two people. The burgers are also double patties so keep that in mind when ordering. My son ordered a milkshake today and he loved it! Very rich and filling as well. The service was good considering when we went they were very busy. The gentleman who took our order was very polite and made it fun for my son to order his own meal! If I had to knock one star down it would be for the music being a little too loud to enjoy our dinner conversation. Thats more of a personal preference so not a huge knock at all.Overall, if you are looking for a good burger in the Capital Region, look no further than 5 guys.“
“Five Guys has been open 15+ years at this location but you could think it opened a few months ago. The crew had it looking super clean and keep everything looking great (it was quiet on a snowy night). The fries were great but with a LOT of salt, and the Little Bacon Burger was perfect!“
“My husband & I go at least once a week he always gets a sundae & I a strawberry w/ real chocolate sprinkles love that sprinkles are real chocolateI’m just a little disappointed about the eating area wish it was cleaner.Ice cream & food was excellent, great customer service also ?“
“Finally visited this iconic Troy landmark! Hot dogs are wonderful, as advertised, but that's not all that's on the menu. Don't skip the meat sauce on those dogs! The dining room seemed to still be set up for COVID distancing, but that may change.“
“Always delicious!!! I was thrilled they were open this early in the year. I only called because I realized the temperature was over 60° and I got so excited when they answered!!! I brought it home but I also love eating at their picnic tables when it's warmer. Never disappointed!Wheelchair accessibility: You can go right up to the window to order and the picnic tables have plenty of room.“
“There is not much to say about Hot Dog Charlie's that hasn't already. The place will have its 100 year Anniversary of opening its doors come 2022. It's a local cuisine of little Dogs and topped with their meat and onions sauce. Also the usual burgers and fries as well. Everyone has to have a order of 4 Dogs with and a chocolate milk.“
“Located inside Colonie Mall, the smell was so good hubby and I had to try them. The cheeseburgers were very good and fries were just right. Loved the selection machine for the drinks. The employees were friendly.Vegetarian options: Other than the fries, all I saw vegan/vegetarian was a veggie sandwich. No idea if the bread would have been vegan. I do not know if they offer milk substitute s for the milkshakes.“
“Many of my favorite dishes are foreign cuisine changed up for an American audience--the Philadelphia roll, General Tso's, Taco Salad, BBQ chicken pizza. You might not think the reverse would appeal to someone like me, but I love Kong Dog, which is basically hot dogs and mozzarella sticks made to appeal to Koreans. The dogs and cheese sticks are excellent, savory, sweet, crunchy AF. I highly recommend this place.“
“Nice local ice cream spot. Their soft serve is super smooth and creamy. Good portions for the cost. Got a chance to chat with one of the owners when we stopped by. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the details of what makes great soft serve and very knowledgeable about allergen info. They make all of their own ice cream with raw ingredients and it's obvious they have a passion for what they do. We will definitely continue visiting Mac's“
“I like this new hot dog establishment alot.I became its first customer when it had a grand opening last Saturday (December 10) just after it opened, which is located at the food court at Colonie Center, that took over Mr.Subb's former spot. Here is a photo of it and what its menu looks like.“
“The outrageous shake is crazy good! I had the peanut butter, chocolate brownie one and it hit the spot! He uses quality ingredients because I didn’t crash afterward! Derrick is so friendly and kind! He brings your order to you! Very nice Guy! We cannot wait to try more items on the menu! Keep doing what you’re doing! Two happy customers in Rensselaer!“
“I walked in and the manager asked if I wanted a burger and how many patties before I even could order to get it out after. I was very impressed and very friendly staff. I was very impressed. Jeremy was his name and is an excellent asset to the team.“
