I’ve done business with this restaurant for over two decades. The last five pizzas are ve ordered were burnt. I just tried to order fettuccine Alfredo with half marinara sauce, something I’ve always ordered. I was told “it will confuse the cooks”. lol I cancelled my order and called Sweet Willy’s on Sand Creek Rd. My Fettuccine with two sauces is a being delivered as a write this. So disappointing that Inferno has gone down the tubes, while charging way more than other local joints.

Cannot say enough about Inferno. I ask for my pizzas to be cooked well done with extra sauce and this has been executed perfectly every time I order. While this may sound like a silly reason for grading the restaurant so high, my directives are almost always ignored by other pizza places.

Ordered the 24 cut square and it was dried out like a cracker. Decided to give a round pizza a try, which ended up being a huge mistake. It was a wet, slopping mess and the bacon was raw on the pizza. What an inedible disappointment.

This is my go-to pizza place when I don't feel like cooking. The 24 cut cheese for $23.99 can't be beat. It feeds my entire family, is always delicious and delivered in the projected time frame if not earlier.We all like something different on our pizzas so ordering from here and just adding our preferred toppings at home makes everyone happy.

Big fan ! I have had some of THE best pepperoni pizzas ever - as take out from this location. I'm comparing this to the Troy and Cohoes locations.Easy to access the driveway. There is parking on the side of the building for pick up orders. Plus plenty of parking spaces in the back, if you choose.
I'm a 70 year old Italian American and the 10 cut square pizza I ordered and attempted to eat was probably the worst pizza of my life. I was told it would take 20 minutes and when I arrived 5 minutes early it was already done? This was a Friday night? Busy night...I hope this place never has a busy night. I should have had them open the box so I could look at this sorry excuse for pizza. It was completely dried out when I opened the box at home. It only took 10 minutes for me to get home. The cheese coverage on this relatively small pizza was completely Inconsistent. A 10 year old child could have done a better job putting the cheese on evenly. The crust too was Inconsistent as it baked differently over this small pie. Both the crust and cheese were relatively tasteless. Oh did I say the sauce was barely ladled onto the pizza and of course also tasteless.BUYER BEWARE

Pizza was delivered with all toppings slid to one side. Salad had a bad odor and the lettuce on Botton was red tinted. Needless to say we had no dinner that night. Would not order from there again.
