Order online and wasn’t even close to right, ordered Turkey and provolone add bacon banana peppers with lettuce and Mayo…. Didn’t get bacon, no Mayo and had mustard on it… solid job. $17.25 +$4:00 for bacon… what a joke.

The last two times I’ve ordered online for delivery or pick up they have run out of bread. How does a sandwich store run out of bread when they make the bread right there?? 30 minute wait when I arrive? The order was placed hours ago…poorly managed store.First time I gave them benefit of the doubt. But the second time? Will be requesting refund and will not be returning. Hopefully that saves some bread for others willing to risk it.

worst experience at a jersey mikes. I just left & almost wanted to cancel my order because of how mean the employee was. I felt like i was wrong for ordering a sub. She rolled her eyes when we walked in, when we ordered, and held on to the bag when I tried to get my sub from her. The woman working today (01/24/24 @240pm) should not work in customer service

Ordered # 17 with no cheese and mushrooms. Paid $43.00 with extra tip and door dash fee, included 1 bottle of Diet Pepsi. When the order came it had melted cheese throughout and no onions, 3 strips of peppers and no mushrooms that I could see or taste. Tried to call location many times but no one picks up the phone. Very disappointed!!

Don't go to the Latham location! The workers here are extremely rude. No matter if it’s busy or not you will most likely get greeted with a “what you want?” Followed by an eye roll no matter what you ask for. Don’t even dare ask for a gluten free order (allergy) unless you want even worse treatment and made to feel like your allergy is a huge inconvenience to them. After our last experience there we will be driving to the other locations for a Jersey Mike order!

Food is just fine. The guy cutting the meats was just fine. The girls on the line were extremely rude. Just mean and annoyed. "What you want" "what you get". No other communication besides eye rolls.

I placed the order 45 minutes ago maybe longer for pick up online. Got here. Took him 15 minutes to get outside to tell me my subs weren’t ready because they were waiting for bread to get done. Come back in 12 minutes here it is 15-20 minutes later And I’m still sitting outside with no subs. Never had this happen here. This is the worst Customer Service ever. I will look for another Jersey Mike’s a further distance, then to come back to this Latham location.

Now I remember why I haven't come back here for so many years. The place was disgusting with food scraps on the floor behind the counter and littering the top of the toppings bar. I had to ask the person who took my money to change his gloves before adding the toppings to my sub! I got the impression by how long he struggled to put clean gloves on that changing to new gloves is not a common practice. I paid 19 dollars for a barely average sub. Won't be coming back to this dirty shop!

I hate Jersey Mikes-the employees act like they don’t want to be there. My wife went to pick up a sub for me- I received a sub that I didn’t I order-it was the grossest sub that I ever had. I don’t care if they pay Danny Devito to do the commercials. I will never go there again.
