Bad service attitude

The girl working 9/24 at 8:30 shouldn't be working if she's not happy about her job. Would of definitely bought more but she was to ignorant and busy texting to finish the order. Thankfully we didn't order more cause we threw the drinks away. Absolutely terrible. First order I ever trashed. Asked her to fix the order cause the drinks had no flavor. It was a attitude and nothing fixed.

I waited for my drink for over half an hour. This isn’t the part that bothers me. There were 8 people in line and only one barista. She was so kind and working hard but in that whole time no one came to help her. I was in target for about 1 hour and 30 minutes and as I was exiting a long line had formed again and this poor person was still completely alone serving all of these people. If you don’t have adequate staffing then you should close. I hope that woman gets a raise and a paid vacation.

At first the employees got the drinks right. i'd order a dragon fruit pink drink and the drink itself was pink with a bunch of dragonfruit in it. nothing else added. no mango, no pinapple. it was the best drink i tasted. a few times now i've received my drink with less and less dragon fruit. so i had been avoiding my favorite drink because of it. i enjoy filling it up with water to continue drinking it. today however, i order a dragon fruit and told the cashier JUST dragon fruit. nothing else. so he made strickly mango. there were 0 dragonfruit in that drink. it was yellow. not pink. and it was sour. i told him that it wasn't my drink and he didn't seem to care. i took it but i am very disappointed in the lack of a supperviser. there was one as the guy making the drink asked him about the cream based stuff but the supperviser didn't even bother to get off his phone to help.

Love this location in the Target! The baristas are really friendly. Having a fresh coffee before walking around Target always leads to interesting purchases!

It is a Starbucks. You can expect to get what you always got. Great service, very friendly. Can get crowded.

employees have no desire to work there and act like they are doing me a favor-. drinks were horrible asked her to fix was too sweet- her idea dumping in larger cup and pass to us- since we were on our way to our friends house for a nice weekend- i figured. pick my battles and call starbucks complaint number and write this review- DO NOT USE THIS STARBUCKS- UNLESS YOU WANT AN ATTITUDE BY SOME YOUNG EMPLOYEE (FEMALE) who HATES HER JOB.

I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to leave this one based on the experience I just had at this Starbucks location. Everyone is new at a job at some point in their lives, it's important to keep that in mind when training a new employee. Today a young man who I can only assume is either a shift leader or manager was training a new employee, she was clearly overwhelmed and doing her best to serve the customer who was patiently waiting for their coffee. Instead of offering her help or confirming she was okay and not in need of help he SNAPPED his fingers at her and told her to "hurry it up" all the while he was standing at the other end of the counter talking with his friends who were there to visit him at work(I assume). If he is in fact the manager I feel very sorry for his staff, if he is a shift leader ...again I feel sorry for the staff. I hope this young girl sees this and quits.

I went to this Starbucks today and I had an awful experience. I asked for a pink drink and since I’m dairy free I asked the barista if she could do a “sweet cream foam” for my drink using almond milk and vanilla; She said no, not because she couldn’t do it, but simply because she wasn’t in the mood to do it; She’s the kind of person who hates her job (why doesn’t change it then); When I got my pink drink, it was incomplete; She was so lazy to make it right that she didn’t put the strawberries that the drink should’ve had (and that’s not even a special thing to ask for). She’s blonde, has short hair. Awful, it makes me don’t want Starbucks never again. You should hire better people to work for you Starbucks.

Nothing is Impossible

Disappointed ordered 4 fraps the ice was chunked and the flavor nonexistent the drinks had a load of Carmel syrup in the bottom which made it hard to drinkUsually go to the one in Newton plaza they never disappoint. Not sure if I’ll be returning to this location.
