Everything was hot and tasty.....but....my black bean chalupa was seriously missing some black beans.Vegetarian options: Happy to say that they have quite a good selection of vegetarian items
I go out of my way to go to the Latham NY location. I work right down from the Albany/Wolf rd location, but don't dare eat there. This one is perfect tho...never any issues with my food. Super nice staff too. They greet you when you arrive & leave.

First time ever at Taco Bell was I told at the window after paying for my oder. We take tips by a different employee that wasn't working window. Probably why we we're in the bathroom hrs later because we didn't tip. Order ended up being wrong anyway. Didn't bother going back because of the shady employee telling us we take tips.

Lady at counter was very rude I asked for a water cup and was yelled at to insure I got water. Food is normally pretty good except when there grill is down for weeks at a time.

I personally dislike ordering from a screen. I only wanted the #2 combo. Something that an in-person teller could have handled in seconds. But no, I had to stand there pushing button after button asking if I wanted add-ons instead of letting me go directly to check out.One lady did come out to help me. She was very nice, but the electronic screen had already frustrated me.The food was good like usual, but I'm in no hurry to go back and repeat this process.

Taco Bell App rarely works properly anymore. Access to rewards is impossible. Latham location often states its closed. I reinstalled the App twice. So my rewards are lost. Called corporate, and no one answers. Time to get tacos and burritos elsewhere. No satisfaction. Hardly anyone ever working inside.

I ordered a Beef Supreme Burrito and a Beef Chalupa Supreme at 7:00 pm. The person who took our order was polite. The service was pretty quick today and I actually got beef in my Chalupa, so that was good. However, today also marks the 10th out of 20 orders of beef supreme burritos I’ve ordered that was not correct. All I got was a tortilla with beans, onions, and tomatoes wrapped in it. My receipt says “Beef Supreme Bur” so I know they didn’t misunderstand my order. They just failed to put in the beef, cheese, and the sour cream. This is a frequently repeated problem. Fortunately, my son talked me into going to another fast food joint to get burgers so we didn’t starve. I’m just disappointed that a simple burrito just can’t get handed over correctly. I’m so tired of paying for things that I don’t actually get.
