Love this place but brought friend for dinner on a bad night. Out of bread, not enough Alfredo on pasta, salad not included and paid $9 for supposed large salad which turned out to be quite small. But like I said, love this place.

This place was amazing.....The garlic parmesan chicken wings were delicious and the Meat Lovers Calzone was so good and the portions are huge...... took home a meatball sandwich for dinner and the meatballs were the best I ever have eaten.....you owe it to yourself to try it. You won't be disappointed....

Ordered pizza and a Lobster Mac and cheese deep fried wrap. Everything was delicious. Will order from there again. Added plus, they are open on Mondays which a lot of restaurants are not.

Wow, this place got horrible reviews on Tripadvisor... As I was doubting my opinion, I looked at Google reviews where it got 4.2 out of 5 stars. Anyway, I really liked what I'd ordered. As the restaurant is located in the Shoppes at Latham Circle, a huge strip mall, there's plenty of parking. When you walk in, it looks like a pizza take-out joint where you order your pizza at the counter. I didn't try the pizza though but sat in a booth in a separate area on the left side of the restaurant. While it's still casual looking, they have photos on the wall of The Sopranos (from the TV series), some famous Italian criminals like Al Capone, etc. They had music by Italian singers when I was there as well. They are an Italian owned & operated establishment with homemade sauce. I ordered their 6" meatball sub & thought their homemade meatballs & Italian sauce were delicious. The sub bread was warm & toasted. I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 stars, as when I ordered the same thing for the 2nd time, the meatballs were a little overdone. FYI, they have specials & also offer catering.

Sauce is very good. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan and asked the waitress if there was a lot of breading on it and she said no. When I received my order, the eggplant was very thinly sliced and had a good amount of breading on it.

If I could give it no stars, I absolutely would. There's really nothing good I can say about this place. Yes, the server was nice, but didn't actually serve us. We filled our own drinks. We got our own napkins and silverware. There were only 2 other tables with customers, which should have been a red flag for us, but unfortunately we weren't paying attention closely enough. At least 3-4 of the tables were not bused for the entire time we were there and appeared to have been the dumping ground for any / all dirty dirty dishes, paper products, etc. GROSS!We are Italian. We have been to Italy. We've been to phenomenal Italian restaurants in NY and elsewhere. We know what good Italian food is. This is NOT it!!! I don't know any Italian or anyone with a decent palate that would ever consider this to be "the taste of Italy."THE FOOD: ordered soup & wings as the 1st course. The soup took nearly 45 min to come out (we asked 3x for it - "still being prepared") and once it did, it was inedible. I don't if it was by accident or not, but it tasted as if an entire canister of salt was dumped into it. We did bring it to the servers attention, but it was not taken off the bill. The wings were extremely small and way overcooked and certainly not fresh like they claim them to be. Tossed salad was served warm - yuck! I can't imagine how much bacteria was on it. This too was brought to the servers attention, yet nothing was done about it. The kids ordered cheese pizza, which was overly greasy (had to use a ton of napkins to try to get some of the grease off) and had no flavor expect for grease and basil. They each had a bite or 2 before starting to whine that they wouldn't / couldn't eat it and were hungry. We offered them some of our "chicken parmigiana" when it eventually came out. There had to have been close to a 1/2 lb of fake cheese dumped on overly deep fried chicken which was covered in what can only be described as tomato paste. Oh! There was also an abundance of basil on top. We reluctantly tried the pasta. Yeah, nope! Same paste. Same overly seasoned with basil taste. The server did stop over to ask how things were. Our kids, who typically are polite and kind, did not hesitate in telling the server how disgusting the food was. They were certainly honest....and right. When kids don't / won't eat pizza or pasta, you know it's bad! We left tired, hungry and frustrated. We ended up stopping at a different establishment to get take-out, which was wonderful!Let me add that the prices are outrageous! We've been to high end restaurants that don't even charge as much for their entrées as this, mainly, order at the counter, place. If you want over priced, greasy, overcooked, over salted, over (basil) seasoned, out of a can "sauce", deep fried food in a dirty dirty establishment, then by all means, come to this place. If you want good food, then keep driving, bc this isn't it!!!!As a side note to anyone reading reviews for this place, be aware, bc some of the positive reviews were posted by the owner, maybe in an attempt to up their rating. Now the owner wants to claim it’s a fake review bc they just aren’t willing / able to acknowledge that ppl don’t like their overpriced, poorly prepared, filthy establishment. Numerous negative reviews but they’re all fake??? Come on!!! I hope others see the humor in that, but let’s just pretend for a moment that the reviews are, as he wants to claim, fake. How could sooooo many people want to give a negative review?Do I need to call the owner for him to try to convince me that his place doesn’t suck? Nope! If he thinks he’s going to bait me, he’s poorly mistaken, but hey, nice try.

Absolutely fantastic. The food is very good, and the quality is consistent each visit. The build your own pasta is the best! They made the fettuccine fresh and the marinara sauce was sooo good, and it came with two pieces of fresh bread! I also really appreciate the friendliness of the owner and the staff. Highly recommend!

I’ve eaten from here before, and the pizza and parm dinners are an average 3, nothing too special. This place blew up on the local foodies page a few years ago. Initially I was surprised I never heard of them before, but after trying them, they are middle of the road, so that’s why. They boast about being Italian as if that’s something special. We’re dime a dozen here in NY and most of us all know how to cook too! However, the owner’s online behavior and responses towards negative reviews is unacceptable. He gets a 1 star, so I’ll average the food and him to 2. Treatment towards other customers and employees is worth more these days than whatever you’re cooking. Mingya!

I have a few words to say about the things I know about this business. 1) It’s absolutely vile and unprofessional how you respond to criticism and people speaking out on the vile things that someone in your business has said to someone else. 2) It’s hard for something to be a “fake review” when so many people in our community have seen the screenshots of horror stories of working for this business. If it really was a “ridiculous issue” or even a misunderstanding, you should maybe defend yourself better than just saying “fake” like a 13 year old on a YouTube video. 3) Having “must be good looking” as a criteria for getting a job is also ridiculous and incredibly disrespectful to someone who may not fit YOUR standards visually but is a very hard worker and dedicated and willing. Based on these three factors alone, as much as I am very pro-family business, I will never be wasting my time coming here or recommending this business to anyone I know.

I have never physically eaten here, but based on the fact that the very immature owner has the audacity to call a customer an “ugly fat slob” I will never consider this place and continue to warn others of their disgusting actions! Truly embarrassing.Edit: the owner thinks this “fake”. I’m not a fake person and now I will post the screenshots of the slurs and the derogatory terms the owner used against customers on FB.
