I absolutely love the teas I get from that nutrition spot. I started going to unbreakable nutrition but then moved to the Colonie area so having that nutrition spot nearby is SO convenient. Their shakes are delicious when you need an extra boost of protein, but I usually get teas since they are so energizing. I even bought a tumbler. I love this place and the owners!!
Owner is wonderful, product tastes great. Don't be fooled by the flavors, this is apparently plant based and low cal. I am not a macronutrient wonk so I cannot speak to the technicals of this input or that but great experience and appears to be a smarter option than all the other fast food chains in the area. Fairly priced too. Try it!

This is the best place I’ve ever been to! I come in every morning before work and sometimes stop for my afternoon tea as well. Everything is amazing! The teas, the shakes, the protein balls and of course the owner is just the cherry on top of the entire experience! ❤️
