Everytime we go to this Rockaway turnpike branch near Chipotle, there's always something wrong with our DRIVE THRU ORDER. When will they train their staff thoroughly??? Nobody's double checking the bag before it goes out of the window. And you need to go back to get the order right. It's so stressful! I AM NOT GOING BACK HERE.

Came here and used the kiosk. Very clean and smooth in and out. Took a little long for the order to be ready with not many other customers inside. Right before I was about to ask about my order, the guy yells out my number. Cool. Hands me the bag and walks away without saying anything. I'm thinking "where's my drink?" I am a fairly patient person and I realize alot of confrontations and altercations stem from impatience. So I wait a few seconds to see if he comes back with the drink. He walks by me, like 4 times before I ask about it when he points and says "it's coming" but with what I felt was an attitude. Again, I zip my mouth bc im bout to ask homeboy to step outside. Nobody wants that.But how hard is it to just communicate a little bit. I haven't been inside this location in quite a few months. I had no idea they changed their drink system and you no longer fill your own. They have this drink conveyer belt thing in the back that takes way too long, hence why I was standing there for a minute or so wondering where my drink was.It's not a big deal but just a small interaction like this on the rare occasion I actually stepped inside, rather than order via the app, just gives me the impression that these people are nasty and I should stick with mobile ordering.Other than the occasional nasty employee, I never had an issue in this location.

Stopped there for an egg n cheese biscuit. Received a sausage egg n cheese biscuit. The older lady in the window made no effort to correct it. Basically telling me that's what I ordered. Instead of throwing it in her face, I took the loss and drove away. Not going back there. Service
Too many teens hanging around, they weren't too bad but one actually sat on the side counter, talking to a worker. Then he was twirling the bag of large cups. Just not a good look. Sit on the chair. Server should follow up with customer. She went to get info but got lost. Somewhat of a wait for soda. Other customers waiting to be served.
