Just paid $3.68 for coffee went to machine no dark roast, no light roast then was obligated to take hazelnut because that was the only one full but was cold. What a waste. When rushing to work there’s no time to tell anyone. Never returning

Probably the most rundown Panera I have been to. The people behind the counter were very friendly, but those cleaning up were always with an attitude.

I come here a lot, and it's a great place to grab some grub. However, Make sure you check your food before you leave. If you ordered via kiosk or Uber eats pick up. I almost walked out and then realized my bag was light. Checked it, and two items were missing, a drink and the pecan bread. I told the worker about it, and she rolled her eyes. ? ok, do your job. I guess she didn't want to walk and get it. ?

I love Panera Bread as a organization. But, the Lawrence, NY location is the worst I've ever been to. It's unfortunately the closest to my home. I always do rapid pick up orders. It never fails that something is always amiss. It's either they put the wrong dressing with the salad you order, or an ingredient is missing. Sometimes I've even gotten something I didn't order, and had to go back. This site has a moderate flow of clientele, but not so much that so many mistakes are made. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled today. I did my usual rapid pick order. Just to get home, and find my figi chicken apple salad, had no chicken. Isn't that one of the main ingredients? Right now we're in a heat wave, and no wants to get home, just to leave again because a careless restaurant messed up their order. Hence, I will just consume my chicken less salad! The Lawrence site is giving Panera Bread a bad rep with their poor customer service.

This was the best Panera Bread that I've ever been to. I had tomato soup and a grill cheese sandwich. It came out fresh and delicious. The place is kept very clean.

I found the atmosphere to be very good however there are issues with their food they seem to make very big balls with very little food in them and as far as the services concerned there isn't any really you have to go up to an area to get you food when your name is called that's it as far as I can tell there's no other service you throw out your own garbage nobody takes anything from your table and basically the food is extremely overpriced way more than it was before within the past couple of months the food has gotten very pricey

I would have rated this a zero if Yelp had that option! The customer service is terrible! I had food delivered to my job where I'm a home health aid so I order a strawberry poppy chicken salad with a Large Fuji Apple Cranberry with caffein only my salad came and my bread had bite marks on it! I called them to tell them about my missing salad and my tempered bread only for the person on call to cut me off before putting me on hold for about 20 minute! All I wanted was for my drink to be refunded. Don't soend your money here. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!

My last visit was a huge disappointment. Waited over 7 minutes for my order to be brought out..in addition, when I was about to eat my sandwich for lunch after a loonngg day, SURPRISE, a long piece of hair was just chilling in the melted cheese. Disgusting!! Needless to say, I won't be back to this location!

So pissed I ordered this joke of a 1/2 steak sammie. Saw it on YouTube and was suckered into spending 10 US dollars on this mess. Barely any ANYTHING. And what's worse is I tipped! Wow. Never again. I will stick to the river and the lakes that I'm used to at Panera: cookies and bagels. Ughhh. I was so exhausted from work I couldn't bother to go back in the store and tell the manager the sammie makers are messing up BIG TIME.

I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, margherita pizza, and coffee. The soup and pizza hit the mark, but the coffee was too weak, too light and I went for the dark roast. 3 stars because of the weak coffee.

Pre-ordered online for a drink for rapid pick up. Nothing arrived nor was my name called by the time promised on the app. My name is not on the screen neither yet. I just left without food since I'm not going to wait more than 5 min from the time the food is promised
