Ordered a açai bowl called “Pura vida” at this location and first of all the menu says it costs 13.95$ so i order extra banana and i can’t believe that they changed me 19$ for it 5$ to put extra banana ? also the taste of the açai taste some what artificial not as natural as other places.Do not recomend there are better places near by than this one

I’m mortified. The staff are extremely rude and act like they run the place. I am a loyal customer and never experienced this. I ordered two custom acia bowl and the girl at the cashier was extremely rude and tells me that I can only put four ingredients and the rest I had to pay for. The customer is always right and her excuse was that the system was down and they’ll fix it later. I’ve ordered it just like this multiple times in the past and there has never been an issue. After I looked at my acia bowls and realized they didn’t even put the right ingredients let alone the acia right. So I came back and the guy told me that they didn’t see it right and didn’t even apologize. This is the worst experience I’ve had at playa and won’t be planning on coming back
