I've never been to a fast food restaurant where employees want you to order from a kiosk when no one is on line. And then you can't complete your order from the kiosk.

The mere fact that Taco Bell has gone to Kiosk ordering only has ruined the experience. I waited 10 minutes at the counter and then told I needed to place my order at the Kiosk. When asked, the team member stated Taco Bell no longer manages the counter service. In a time when people are struggling to survive this is how big business fixes the problem. Taco Bell replaces 3 team members with a computer and they are ok with it! Sadly, I will no longer patronize this establishment.
If you need anything special with your order , they will not do it , the screen will say they made the adjustments but your order will be wrong . I’m done with this Taco

This taco bell saved my life. I tried to hit the Popeyes up the road, but the man said they didn't have tenders, so I asked for the sandwhich, and he said they ain't got no bacon, so I asked for the chicken nuggets, but they said it was gonna take a LONGG time. In disbelief I went to this taco bell, and it was the best experience since I gave birth 10 years ago. Follow my band @voodoovanjam

I ordered Nachos Bell Grande and the nacho chips must have been the last of the bag, that's what they looked like! Small bits and pieces...and I didn't get the extras that I asked for, however I was charged...it was just the worst on that particular day!!! I'm more disappointed in the Quality of Work....They just don't Care!

Absolutely terrible service. The drive through mic doesn't work and they give you attitude when you're repeating your order at the top of your voice for the 6th time and its still not loud enough. And they didn't even give me all the items in my order
