Been to this location twice. Last time I arrived 12 mins before closing & they said they were closed, but I saw another review say the same thing happened to her! I witnessed one of the staff members I believe his name is Eric, behave in a discourteous manner with one of his coworkers. As a customer and a manager I felt uncomfortable with his demeanor. Someone should coach this young man on how to be kind and respectful.

Employees are very young and do not care about this business! 7/10 times your order will be wrong if you order pick up or delivery. If you call to have it corrected you will be cursed out by the kids! So mean!The ice cream is good but your best bet is walking into the store and watching the kids mix up your batter.Needs so much improvement, sadly!

I used to order from here all the time (especially when my wife was pregnant) and never had a problem until today. Made my usual order online and picked it up with no issue. However when I got home I was severally disappointed by what I found. My order was only half filled and the fillings were barely mixed it. Same with my wife’s order although hers was actually filled properly. I don’t appreciate giant chunks of cookie dough and having to mix it myself. It shows lack of care. Especially frustrating since they are so expensive. Will not be going here again. Rather spend less money at Carvel and get good service.

Went into the establishment tonight and there was at least 8 employees behind the counter. I was waiting on line and the employee blew past my wife and I to take the customers behind us. We thought he made a simple mistake and the other customers didn't stop him. We figured no big deal we will just wait. Another employee finally came up and asked if he can help us and then proceeded to finish up the order of the other customers. We finally asked if someone could actually do our order. We finally placed our order but they were out of the toppings we wanted. OK now we go to ring up and the employee asks if we would like a reciept. We say yes and the employee them proceeds to tell us sorry we can't print it up tonight. No further explanation. Last part of this disaster was while another employee was dealing with another customer(I assume it was a friend of hers) started cursing at her using excessive vulgarity. It was a complete and utter disaster visiting this location. We will not be going back.

The ice cream are definitely delicious! The prices are moderate and I am always looking for bargains. So I'm not a regular here even though I always scream for ice cream! The staff are helpful, but serious and not friendlier than I would expect. The place is adequate and clean.

Their ice cream is amazing, and the staff is young but very friendly and courteous. I think the manager should treat them with more respect. He way of instructing them to do things was quite distasteful. As a supervisor for a large transportation organization, I get my employees to work better for me by being courteous with them. All through his nonsense, they were just humbly doing what he asked. Keep up the great work in your customer service staff.

Good time at cold stone. Laxmi been very helpful and efficient. Must try dulce de Leche with soul syrup and marshmallows you'll love it.

Ice cream taste great! Workers are nice! The serving size for the price is awful, the cups are not even full. For the price people are paying the cups should be filled.

The line was so long but they got through it pretty quickly and by the time we got to the register they sang a cute little song for us !

The service at this store is the worst. 5 people behind a counter with 3 customers in a store, 2 of whom were being assisted before me while I waited to get help. Then another customer came in and skipped me and went directly to one of the other associates and immediately was being helped. By then I had lost all patience because I had to wait and witness 5 different ppl behind a counter walking back and forth and only one of them was helping the couple before me until the lady walked over and asked for help. I honestly hope it wasn't a racial thing but I was the only African American in the store at the time. This particular establishment has got to do better with training their staff and letting them know they are in the service industry. A customer comes in, you help them, end of story.
