Michelle the server is super rude. She had an attitude & was being rude to me. Every time I asked her for something she gave me a nasty look & replied in a nasty way. Please have a talk with her & tell her to treat customers better.

I’ve come here multiple times for dinner and every time there was food on the “clean plates”, pieces of food mixed in with other plates of food and the servers ALWAYS demand a tip of 20%+ even though they only brought drinks out ?. I don’t ever leave reviews ,but after my most recent time coming for my moms birthday the server PRESSED UP my middle age hispanic mother for a bigger tip and it was just a random server who didn’t even check up on our table. The foods alright ,but the service is just down right disrespectful, unmannered and RUDE.

The place looks much nicer than the other buffet I've gone to in Islandia. The staff were all nice and quick to take away dirty plates. That being said, 5 hours after eating here I was hit with food poisoning. Stuck in and out of the bathroom for 7 straight hours. Ended up having to spend all of the next day in bed, too. Won't be coming back.

Looked like leftovers to meWhen my wife who barely ate took a chocolate chip cookie out with us and the young lady behind the counter looked at us like we're stealing.20 bucks a head on a sat plus beverages and a tip cost the 3 of us almost 90 dollars. My son had a half plate as did my wife. Sushi? Errr, yea, not so much. I'd say yikesWill never return and my belly is starting to hurt typing about my experience there.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this place, the truth is that they require the tip and it is very slow to serve and the tip is voluntary if the service is good but here they demand the tip is the15 per cent and they want more than what they demand, they should have a fixed rate
