We ordered the ribs and a burger. The ribs came out cold (lukewarm at best), and burger was rare (ordered medium). We sent both back and the staff and manager was very attentive to the situation, but how does your kitchen get both so wrong? And how do they justify having to trash poorly prepared food which ultimately drive up prices? I'm sure the manager was not happy with the kitchen but come on. And sadly the food (one remade), was mediocre at best. They offered to buy us dessert after all that, but it is not even an impressive or extensive dessert menu so we just passed on it. They did compensate with a gift card, but honestly they should have comped one of our meals. Not sure I will be back, but kudos to the manager and wait staff for being appalled for serving the food the way it was.

Good pretty much anytime of the day, for lunch or dinner, or just hanging out to watch the games.Food is on Par, drinks are priced right and the service is courteous and friendly.Never had a bad experience there thus far. Highly recommended, especially in these tough economic times.

Great beers on tap! Service was really good. The server was very good as well! She constantly asked if we needed something which was great! Our beer glasses were never empty for too long. We had the Cue Bacon Burgers and I was very good. I don't like when they just give a little ketchup cup. I prefer the whole bottle so I don't have to continuously ask for ketchup. But a fabulous place and a very large establishment!

Very disappointed in the food. The menu showed delicious looking food and what we got looked really sad. The atmosphere was ok. The service was ok. But food was average and not appealing to look at. The dessert was better. Probably will skip this place in the future.

We just left Miller's 4of us me my wife 2grandchildren. My husband had Osobocco which was burnt and cold. I had steak which was cold the kids had spaghetti which had almost no sauce.Mashed potatoes cold the entire dinner was a disaster. When my husband tried to quietly speak with the manager Jordan he said if you don't like it don't come back. He said Lance was his mentor which I doubt Lance is a gentleman. We used to go every week haven't been there in awhile hoping it got better NOPE.

Went there at around 12:10am today. They were not very busy at all and there was a party of four waiting to be seated when we walked in. After a few minutes standing there, a hostess (maybe) walked over followed by a manager (maybe), with the hostess taking the group in front of us and the manager telling us he would have a table for us momentarily, as they had to clean a table. Let me clarify, when I said they're not busy, the majority of table are open. I realize that they may have sections closed, but we were then left standing there. We walked out after 12 additional minutes with no contact. Absolutely unacceptable under ANY circumstances.
My husband and I go to Millers in Levittown New York often. We always enjoy our meal and time spent at the restaurant. The staff is always so nice and attentive. The assistant general manager, Lance, is amazing. Every time we come in he remembers us and gives us such a warm greeting. I would highly recommend going to this restaurant it’s a great place to get a meal, cocktails and relax and watch the tv’s.
Food & service is excellent but only thing is there were multiple fruit flies around the table. Just need better cleaning.

First time at this location. The entire place reeks of a mixture of urine and wet rag. My friend and I both ordered the ribeyes. One of the worst steaks I’ve ever had. The meat was tough, gristly, and overall inedible. Absolutely disgusting experience. Corporate needs to visit this location asap.

I was at Millers on Monday night Jenny took care of us, she was wonderful, food was Great.We ask where was Lance the Agm, she said he had some family issues to take care of. We said the place doesn't seem to have the same feelShe was sweet and smiled. Hope he is back soon
