Tuesday, October 3, 2023 - WHAT DID I JUST WITNESS! This is one of the most disgusting Ralph’s I have ever visited. I just walked in with my son and the place has a discussing odor. The floor was absolute filth. During operating hours, we witnessed a Ralph’s employee sitting on the floor (on the customer side of the counter) with a scraper and he was scraping mold off the wall. The mold was falling on the floor in front of customers who were ordering. They need to shut this place STAT! Absolutely horrendous! We walked out and will never return.

Honestly. Its disappointing how big of a sh*thole this place is. Its disgusting.. when i say dirty ... its DIRTY. And grimey. The teens that works there dont give a damnnnnn either. Nasty attitudes. Idk what the owner is doing but they are failing.. and failing hard.

Ices are very good and staff is friendly. Not far from my house so I come here often. It is very clean inside and they make the orders very quickly

As scary as it comes. I had the people mimicking the Curb Your Enthusiasm Sample Abuse in front of me, they let the children try four different samples while I was standing there. FILTHY. Register was left open while they were doing transactions, they glass for the freezers were broken and taped up. No signs anywhere except there is a sign that says ATM inside and it's CASH ONLY! I still cannot believe the criminality on Long island, like they pay their taxes on this cash???

We love Ralph's Ices but this particular store is down right disgusting!!! My wife and i can't stand to go in there. It's so filthy. They haven't mopped the floors in years. They only mop the middle of the floor and they don't even sweep it first. All the tables and chairs are always filthy. This is a store that sells sweets. I can only imagine the rat problem they must have. For the love of god CLEAN YOUR DAMN STORE. close it down for two days and scrub it down. And i don't know if the woman that runs it or owns it but her personality is definitely reflecting in the condition of the store. Ps the girls behind the counter are very nice. Hopefully they do something soon because i think they're going to be reported.

The girls are kind of rude I prefer the valley stream location they're always patient even if it gets busy. Also there should be a visible sign letting customers know that they are not accepting cards. Oh and we weren't given spoons or napkins. Meh.

Great ices, friendly staffJust please put a sign in the front that you are cash only. Having an ATM doesn't help those who do not use 3rd party ATMs. Had to walk out after ordering.
5/24/17First time visiting Ralph's this year. Quality is still very good ...... but DAMN, their prices went up (I guess that's pretty much everywhere these days).Plenty of flavors to choose from, both cream-based and water-based with quite a few sugar free options if that's what you're into. They also have soft serve ice cream as well as hard ice cream. It's family friendly, mostly high school girls working the counter who are usually very pleasant. There are a few tables to sit at at this particular location, and there's a bench outside.A classic summer time after dinner treat.

Another lady looks like she needs mental help. First and last time to this Ralph's been to other locations and never had a bad experience. This location is a stay away from for me. ALSO CASH ONLY FYI
