Grew up in the south love my bbq. Have to say what I got tasted pretty good, problem is price and serving size. Spent over $80 on just meat for two average sized ppl (wife and i) and we were still very hungry when done. Some of the meat was perfect but some was almost all grisly or huge bones with minimal meat.I will continue to search for a great bbq place. This restaurant has potential but I can get the same quantity, but slightly lower quality, from someplace like famous Dave's for $20.

I really loved their dishes. I always get good service here. The place is well kept and the staff members are always friendly. Will come back again.

YUM! Food was delicious. We ordered take out. Wish we got more bbq sauce but otherwise everything was great. I probably won't order sweet potato fries for take out again because they get soggy by the time you get home, no fault to the restaurant though. The broccoli salad was surprisingly delicious! With or without the sauce that comes with it. So good. The ribs were delicious! Pork belly was great too. The brisket was a little tough to cut through but didn't really taste tough when chewing. I'll def order the ribs and pork belly again, and maybe try something new. Will def return!

My wife and I went after hearing about this new spot on Facebook. We went during the week. The food was outstanding. Presentation, taste, everything. We were very happy. We do understand they are a new business so service has some kinks...but we didn't mind. Overall, very, very happy.

Went there tonight for the 2nd time in last couple of days. Guess what? Restaurant was closed. Please update your hours on Yelp. Drove 1hr total for nothing. No happy.

food is really good, but we noticed people in the kitchen DO NOT use their masks to prepare our food. Can't go back, do not want to get sick. :(

First time eating here. Regret not coming sooner since I live nearby. The food is amazing and has a Peruvian twist- the Brisket was great and had a delicious Pisco Sour Passion Fruit drink. We had Sides of Brussels Sprouts, baked beans, Mac/Chs and Quinoa Salad- all were great. Definitely bringing the family back again

I saw the reviews before ordering and thought maybe this place is a hidden gem. Yeah definitely not a hidden gem, more like a lump of coal. First off I love smoked bbq and my Mac and cheese and I'm not a pit master nor a 5 star chef. 1. The brisket; this is like the holy grail of smoked meat. It can be very unforgiving if you mess up their most simple steps in smoking it. Pictures on this Yelp makes it look juicy and very appetizing but when I ordered it it was not. Maybe I got a bad batch but let me go more in depth about it. A. You see the red smoke ring on the picture? Yeah barely any B. Bark is decent with a crunch so that means they wrapped it (probably to speed up the cook, also if you wrap it too soon you don't get a good smoke ring on it) C. It's just plain dry. When you rush the smoking process and not adhere to low and slow you get a dried brisket. The temperature might read as it's done but the end product will come out dry. 2. The Mac and cheese is just plain not even flavored. Seems like they just boiled the macaroni and threw on milk and cheese and mixed it around until the cheese melted and threw on pepper on top to make it look good. 3. Fries were probably their best food that I ordered. I'm a fan of potatoes being peeled and then fried.

Fried Seafood platter was good, not greasy, cooked well and a good variety. Unfortunately, the BBQ beef rib was fatty and lacked seasoning, disappointing.

Smoked meats American BBQ style and Peruvian food all in one. Great food

Just ordered on Uber eats. It’s listed as America bbq. The ribs were beyond cooked and not fall off the bone. The ribs seemed as if they were cooked quickly not slow cooked bbq style. Threw the full rack in the garbage. The bbq sauce tasted like ketchup with a hint of bbq, and the Mac and cheese was terrible. The brisket was ok but nothing exceptionally flavor full. If going for a Peruvian taste and feel for the food it should be listed as such.
