This Starbucks does not compare to ANY I have ever been to. I went here around 2 months ago after my doctor's appointment for a sweet treat. I ordered 2 things and waited for around a minute or two. It was empty there, so I was excited to get my drink quickly! After only waiting for 1-2 minutes, I was handed a Starbucks gift card because they felt terrible that I had to wait "long" for my order. I gasped audibly. I have NEVER seen service workers be so kind, caring, and generous. Even the environment there is absolutely amazing. Everyone who works there deserves a raise, or something unique because my experience was out of this world!

I came in this morning and went to go pick up my mobile order. Barbara one of the woman who work there was standing at the mobile order pick up area and just Stared me Down. I said good morning to her very politely to her response was her looking at me and walking away. Originally, I thought maybe she didn’t hear me, but then the person next to me said good morning, and she was the most cheerful person ever. This is not the first time I’ve had this interaction with her She’s always been a very rude employee since I’ve been coming to this Starbucks. It’s unfortunate that no matter what shift this woman works. She’s always miserable.

Ordered a cappuccino. It had only foam and no coffee! Both the young ladies when laughing whip trying to convince me that is supposed to be that way! They finally made me another one that took them about 30 seconds! It was the same! I just left . It wasn’t worth it! The place was a mess and the music was pumping loud! All this as they were taking selfies! Never coming back again.

Stopped by for a quick bite and wake-up juice before heading to the Yankees game. Both the food and coffee were prepared well. There was a small line when we got here but was moved on quickly by the staff. The workers were friendly, and the atmosphere was chill. I would definitely recommend the location.
I am sure I ordered no brown sugar but they still make a lot brown sugar. When I called the lady told me it is apple taste sweet. Omg I think I never eat right apple before 30 years or they use magical apple . So bad feeling. It is not my first time order.

The staff at this location do not know how to grind coffee. After repeatedly explaining how to grind coffee they still get it wrong (grind size). This has happened the past straight 3 times.

Tried the Strawberry Lemonade Açaí and I'm totally hooked on it. So refreshing and having it delivered to my home made Starbucks a great place to start my day and also for the times I just need to enjoy a time-out with a great beverage.

I am not a coffee drinker at all, I will say their other drinks are great their service is great. Their cookies and snacks are really good.

Employee Noah and JohnCustomer service was very rude , I asked John could he just throw something out for me , he said no I don’t throw things away that’s not my job , then proceeded to speak about the situation with Noah.I understand you throwing things out “not apart of the job description”But being apart of customer service is catering to the customer along with tone adjustment.Unfortunately I feel comfortable with not returning to this particular branch
