Stopped by the other day for a smoothie and have never been treated so poorly by staff in my life... they acted like it was an annoyance that I was there, I genuinely felt uncomfortable ordering, and my smoothie order was wrong. I was literally too scared to ask for them to fix it because this literal teenage girl was giving me death stares, when I am always so kind to everyone in the food/service industry. Just horrible.

Not usually a smoothie guy but I was introduced to the protein peanut butter smoothie by a friend and I love it! I get it made by Pedro every time and it comes out great each time. Nice place to stop by after I get a workout in the gym right near by.The employee Pedro even remembers what i get so I don’t even have ask him! Overall a 10/10 for smoothies and customer service

First of all, they gave me the completely wrong sandwich. When I walked back to use the bathroom, I saw in the window that views the kitchen a blonde girl scrolling sitting there scrolling on her phone. Weird but whatever. Then the lays that came with my food was open. This isn't the first poor experience I've had here. I'll never be back here again after this one.

I’m sick of paying more for extra of an ingredient in a wrap and instead getting NONE of that ingredient. Not only did I not get what I paid for, they didn’t include the flavor that is the reason I like this wrap. Has happened several times. Idk why I keep ordering here. Fail.

i'm not one to write reviews at all, but this tropical smoothie has some of the rudest people working that i've ever come into contact with. everytime i walk in, i am greeted with an unfriendly look from the employees and barely a "hello, how are you". it's always a "what do you want" in the most monotoned and rude tone. i get that customer service work is hard, i've been there, but these workers really just ruin my day. if you wanna have a good start to your day or a pick me up after a workout, i don't recommend coming here because the workers will bum out your mood.
First visit. Loved it. Quick service, minimal wait. Tasty treats abound. One of the best smoothies we've had in a long time. ? Will return here often.

Was in the mood to get some smoothie the other day and I couldn’t leave my dog in the car alone because it was too hot. When I was carrying my dog in my hand one of the managers told an employee to tell me that there were no dogs allowed. I even have paperwork to prove he’s a emotional support pet. Lost a Customer and the crazy part is that they’re located right next to a pet store. Can see why this is the lowest reviewed tropical smoothie in Nassau, will be taking my business somewhere else.

Counter girl was so rude - we weren’t even at the counter yet and she asked what we wanted, completely impatient with the annoyed look on her face and tapping as we tried to look at the menu- one of my daughters asked for a smoothie she’s like ok that’s it- there’s 4 of us…do you really think we want one smoothie?? I asked about a Sandwich and she said she doesn’t eat anything there as if it was gross to her. They need to revamp the girls working.

Poor lack of management and staff. Arrived upon opening store hours and no one was there. Waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive and no one did. I don’t understand how a business is ran this way. Customers were waiting outside before leaving.
