An absolute gem! The ribs slid off the bone with a sauce that's liquid gold. The wings, the sandwiches... it was all delicious. The owners make you feel like family. We will be back!!
My husband and I are originally from Kansas City and have had many bbq let downs since moving to Upstate NY. However, The Normal absolutely did NOT disappoint. We were blown away with how good everything was. A little more tangy and vinegary than KC style but it was really excellent. Will definitely be back here.We tried the Sandwich001, brisket, German potato salad, and bbq beans!

Our group of 6 had a wonderful experience last night for dinner. My wife and I had a full rack of their St. Louis pork ribs smothered in lingonberry BBQ sauce. The meat was perfectly cooked with a soft pull apart tenderness that left a clean bone. The sauce was great; if you like lightly sweetened lingonberries, you're going to love this.
