I love Brothers Deli. A friend recommended years ago, and we go nowhere else. I told my co-workers, and we eat there at least four days a week. Their homemade dishes are delicious, vary from day to day, and the customer service is top-notch.

ordered Ham & Swiss on a roll with mustard on one side of roll-he wrote it down-placed in bag w/ soda and I left -got to my destination 20 minutes further west and open it up to find ham & swiss and mayo on both sides-what happened to the mustard? So I called and spoke to Lou (owner) who said mistakes happen and its a common error to use mayo instead of mustard(then u shoudn't be in deli business)- he also said mistakes happen when busy even though I was only the second customer at 2:25 in the afternoon--said to come back and he would correct --another 40 min out of my way--I have had previous issues like getting tuna on a roll instead of chicken salad on a roll-- ends of roast beef on a roll instead of fresh roast beef-- I'm done and so should all of you--find a deli who listens and wants to earn your business - like Jessens in West Babylon or Franks in West Babylon or J&G in Copaigue-anywhere is 100 times better than here.

Fast, Friendly Service, one of the best breakfast sandwiches I ever had and the place was crowded but I the sandwich was made very quickly and spot-on accurately. I had 3 eggs over hard on a roll,with bacon and American, Butter, Salt, Pepper, Ketchup. Classic!For non-natives, that's a great order to get the authentic Long Island Breakfast Sandwich Experience. Just do it, then when you get home you can lay awake at home wishing you had a place that could make one of these bad boys!

Great food with great service .. real home made deli food that can't be matched . Not the new commercial bought deli salads most delis try to serve .. id give 10 stars if I could, the owner and staff work hard to serve up the best deli food around .. anyone that hasn't given this place 5 stars just doesn't know great food or great friendly service .

Website says WE DELIVER! In big bold letters across the entire website multiple times. Spent 20 minutes just trying to get through to someone with the phone number they provided. Finally someone answered. I was told "we don't deliver on weekends." It should say that somewhere on your website so first time costumers don't waste their time trying to get breakfast delivered on a Saturday morning.
Just called the number & the fools have it as a fax machine ? tells me enough about this place not to order from here

Usually I don’t do reviews, but I’ve been coming here for a while now. Usually it’s a pretty good deli, and I’ve been mulling over whether or not to post about this mornings experience.My sandwich was given away to someone else. After being asked if I wanted the other persons sandwich instead, and saying I’ll wait for another to be made, the person walked back in. They said it was not theirs, and the guy behind the counter, (heavyset white hair), gave this person their correct order, and packed the sandwich she brought back in, into my bag and sent me on my way.I didn’t think about it until after I had left, but that is a pretty disgusting thing to do. I mean how can I be sure it wasn’t touched or anything by that person?? I’m sure some seagulls enjoyed it. Anyways, not going back there for a while if ever again.Could’ve just made another sandwich guys … you do enough business, come on.
